The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including authentic Uzbek dishes as well as some less intensely local choices, which made it very enjoyable and easy to eat. The room felt clean and well-maintained overall, and the thorough cleaning made for a comfortable stay. I didn't experience any inconvenience with the facilities either. Furthermore, the front desk staff were very polite and left a great impression. Their English pronunciation was very clear and easy to understand, which made check-in and asking questions smooth and reassuring. Overall, I think this is a hotel where you can have a very comfortable stay.

Guess we got lucky; for two of us, they gave us a 1+2 room, so we had one double bed and one single. The toiletries for body and hair were amazing, and the scent was incredible 🔥. Our windows faced the courtyard where the restaurant was, and the room smelled of food, which I didn't like. The soundproofing was terrible, especially when someone flushed the toilet above us; it felt like a plane was taking off 😆. We checked out before 7 AM, and no breakfast box was provided. The hotel is located among private houses, and for us girls, it felt a bit uncomfortable walking back to the hotel after dark.

Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

This hotel is located in a small alley, next to two other hotels. A large supermarket is just a short walk away, so the location is good. The hotel service is also quite good. The breakfast is excellent, and the room is clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that the bed is a bit small, but that's typical for beds in Central Asian countries.

The best part is the location; it's very close to the airport, so I didn't have to rush for an early flight, making transportation super convenient. The room soundproofing was great, the bedding was spotless, and there's a self-service beverage cabinet. Overall, my stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose Aeron Hotel again for future business trips to Tashkent!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome through their professionalism, warmth, and excellent service. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It is very close to the airport and conveniently situated near many of Tashkent's popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time on transportation. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. My room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

Location environment: more convenient, there is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, go out to turn a corner is the main road, it is very convenient to go to the attractions, not far from the airport. Facilities and sanitation: very Central Asian style corridor decoration and room. The bathroom was clean, but the shower could not be fixed to the shower head, and the sputum could be held in the bathtub. Disposable dental appliances are not provided. The bed was very comfortable, but the quilt had to go to the cabinet to take out the quilt and put a quilt on the bed. The breakfast was delicious, fruit, vegetables, meat, bread, cheese, coffee, and you could have dinner at 7 o'clock. Service: The front desk English is good, you can communicate, and I borrowed the conversion plug, thank you very much. But when I checked out, I asked the train station in Samarkand to point me wrong. The picture below (actually a problem with the map. Friends who go to Samarkand pay attention. The mineral water and coffee are not renewed. The shampoo and shower gel are not renewed. I have used the towel to take away and not renew the new one. I also threw the wash bag on the table for me.
