Tashkent Hotels with Hot Tub

I was very nervous before departure, worried that the airport pick-up would not be smooth, after all, it was a night flight! It turned out to be good. I called the front desk after landing, and the front desk immediately arranged a driver. I got off the plane and went through customs. I came out of the parking lot and waited for the driver to come at the intersection. It was faster than expected. After taking a shower in the hotel, I heard guests coming in one after another. The hotel room is very large and clean. I bought a mobile phone card and exchanged money in the hotel (because I didn’t want to be delayed at the airport). The exchange rate (in US dollars) was a little worse, but it was convenient and trouble-free! When I was out, I didn’t know the address, and the front desk helped me call to confirm the address. The employees are all very friendly!

The room is large and clean, with convenient transportation, close to the airport and train station. The front desk staff is very professional and speaks Chinese. The key is that you can taste Chinese flavors without leaving the hotel, and the breakfast is also great. I will stay here for business trips in the future.

The Hotel is near the Airport and a 20 min drive from the centre. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are all new. also, the room are technological, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is pretty good, there is a relatively big choice of food. The coffee comes from an automatic machine, but I didn't expect much more than this. The service, from the cleaning, to the reception, is amazing. Great personnel

My stay at InterContinental was wonderful, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of Turakhon who introduced me about every aspect Uzibekistan like encyclopedia. Our two-hour chat was a highlight to my trip, offering a personal touch that truly set this place apart. Highly recommend this place, and remember to seek for a glass of wine with Turakhon. Can't wait to return!

To put it mildly, it was the best. The location is in front of the city park in the center of Tashkent, and it is about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport if it is not crowded. Unlike other accommodations where there are many large roads around the accommodation, everything from restaurants to shopping and shopping malls is within walking distance of the outer perimeter of the city park, and it is very convenient because it is bright and safe at night. The room was spacious enough that there was no problem, the area where breakfast was served was also large and had a good view, and the food was made with ingredients and dishes unique to Uzbekistan, so I was able to enjoy the local atmosphere to a certain extent without going out to eat. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also good, and they gave me detailed information about the neighborhood, which was very helpful for sightseeing. If I go again, I would like to stay here again.

Let me talk about the hotel booking first. The booking was for 8/19, and it cannot be changed on 8/10. Whether you stay or not, you have to pay the room fee. Normally, there is no problem, but if there is force majeure, such as flight cancellation due to weather, the loss is all the guests, and the hotel has no loss. I provided proof of the airline's weather reasons, but the negotiation was fruitless, and I lost one day's room fee. The funniest thing is that I booked 4 nights, and I have to stay for the remaining 3 nights, and I can't refund it. If I don't stay, I will be deducted directly. Is this an overlord clause? I don't know how Ctrip negotiated the agreement with the hotel and the agent. Are foreign hotels so strong? I hope that domestic customers will not be taken advantage of. Ctrip still needs to improve in this regard. Of course, Ctrip's customer service attitude is still good, actively communicated, and finally gave 100 yuan in compensation. Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel is in the downtown area, relatively close to the square and shopping center, and you can walk there. But the room is a bit small. The deluxe room is 33 square meters, but there is only one room, one bathroom and one cupboard. I estimate it to be about 28 square meters (room and bathroom 5x5 + 3 square cupboard and bathtub). The facilities are relatively simple. The basin is relatively small overall. The bathtub is a bit narrow and not wide enough. People who are a little fat can't move around. The sound insulation is poor. The sound of various cars on the road at night can be heard clearly. The breakfast is very Western style, which Chinese people may not be used to. There are many varieties of cheese, various sweet local cakes and fruits, which I feel I can't eat. Compared with the room rate of nearly 1,000 yuan a day, I feel that the cost performance is indeed not high. I have to question whether I will stay here next time❓
