Guest UserOverall, I really liked the hotel. It's perfectly located on a quiet street, yet everything you need is nearby, and it's convenient and affordable to get to any part of the city. The staff at reception were all very welcoming; the lovely girl, Esoza, was particularly pleasant, and all the male staff were polite and attentive. You can approach them with any request 👍😊. The standard room is quite small, making it difficult for two people to move around freely 😁, but it has everything you need: slippers, excellent soft towels, and in the bathroom, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and a comfortable shower with good drainage (no water pooling on the floor) and multiple settings. It's convenient that there are full-length mirrors on the room door and in the bathroom. The plumbing is excellent, and the room's interior is well-chosen. The bed and pillows are comfortable and soft. A thoughtful touch is the direct phone charging capability in the outlets, no adapter needed 👍.
There's also a kettle, cups, coffee, and tea. We found there weren't enough hangers for clothes – only two. But we asked reception, and they brought us two more!)
Breakfasts were decent, though sometimes there was no hot food (except scrambled eggs), or no jam or yogurt, or the coffee machine wasn't working. I was surprised that during cherry and apricot season, the only fruits available at breakfast were sliced oranges, apples, and pears, which were clearly imported and quite tasteless. Nevertheless, the staff definitely try their best, and you certainly won't go hungry 😊. Kudos for having dried apricots and walnuts!👍
By the way, we read reviews about the Chinese restaurant nearby (next door). We went for dinner and really regretted it. Only one waitress understood Russian, and she recommended a dish of chopped chicken pieces – it was a total disaster, mystery chicken parts with lots of tiny bones, and incredibly spicy. For something more recognizable, we also ordered potato slices, supposedly like Korean carrots, but they turned out half-stewed, half-raw. For two dishes and green tea, only managing to eat half, we paid 400,000 Sum. We'll remember it like a nightmare 😔. Thankfully, we later found perfectly acceptable eateries 👍.
Best wishes to everyone, and prosperity to the hotel! 🙏

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests.
Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled.
When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten.
The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared.
Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately.
They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable.
This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

Kaixuanguilai!nieNew hotel! The twin room had two 1.3m single beds, not the 0.8m ones shown on the website. The draft beer at the lobby bar was good value at around 20 RMB for 0.5 liters. Breakfast was also good. Using a ride-hailing app linked to a credit card was convenient. The service was friendly. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Amir Timur Square, where you can catch the red double-decker hop-on hop-off bus for sights like the Amir Timur Museum, the Grand Bazaar, mosques, and other city attractions. We even ran into a Chinese tour group there.

The hotel is pretty new so the rooms are in good condition. The breakfast was good too. My mom loved the porridge so much she said it reminded her childhood flavor! The location is also good only 7 mins walk to the metro. The only thing i was icky is the receptionists. They don’t know basic communication skills. If i asked a question they ended up answering with mimicking or using very limited words. FYI i’m fluent in local languages. There should be a person who actually talk and answer to questions clearly with full sentences!!! It made me mad and self conscious for my language skills lol.
I asked to use the luggage storage service as we arrived earlier than the checkin time and when we asked to get our stuff, the receptionist just again mimicked with his head pointing the room where our stuff was. I figured he’s asking us to go there and get ourselves and so we did even though they should usually handle our stuff by themselves instead of asking guests to go in a room full of pantry items and other luggage!!
Even though we requested the cleaning services , they didn’t change the towels! What’s the point of room cleaning if they don’t change the towels lol!
I think They could do better if they learn a little bit about customer service.

OksishumWe booked a room for one night – and that’s probably the maximum you can endure at this hotel. On the positive side, the room had heated floors in the bathroom, a wardrobe, a safe, a tasty breakfast in the morning, and panoramic windows in the dining area. That's where the good points end. The interior clearly needs renovation: the floor is worn laminate, which looks untidy. We booked a room that was 20-25 sq m, but in reality, it turned out to be about 15 sq m. But the main issue is cleanliness. In the bathroom, near the sink, there were dead insects on the wall. This isn't just unpleasant; it raises questions about the establishment's sanitary standards. Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised by the headboard, which had dark stains, also indicating a lack of proper cleaning. If you're planning to stay here for several days, think carefully: the conditions, in my opinion, don't even meet basic standards.
Also, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is held upon booking and returned after check-out. The money is returned after a week, so don't expect to get it back the very next day.

Guest UserFriendly staff who are understanding and check you in very quickly. They speak Russian. It's very clean with daily room cleaning. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There are designated smoking areas on the balconies in the halls. Decent breakfasts. The hotel has a convenient location for transit passengers, quite close to the airport and the train station. I recommend everyone visit this hotel.

The front desk staff were excellent, always ready to answer any questions. The location is great, not far from the subway, bus stops, and the train station, and you can even get there by bus from the airport. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, plus there's a pool and a smoking area. The price was fair, and the self-service breakfast was free, on time, and offered a good variety. I stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu changed a bit each day, definitely worth the price! Plus, there's parking available.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Ekaterina EA retro-style hotel.
Pros: Good location, close to a metro station, bank, public services center, market, mobile store, and delicious food. Quiet courtyard. There's a water cooler. They ask daily if you need housekeeping.
Cons: Bad mattress, the springs are very noticeable, even with a mattress topper.
Poor breakfast. The only fresh vegetables are cucumbers. Eggplant and cauliflower are fried in batter. Sausages are cheap. The cheese is processed. For fruit, only apples, and they're bruised. Instant coffee. If you go at 8 AM, the food is fresher; later, it's reheated with added oil, eggs are quickly fried, and the whites remain runny. Lots of pastries, but they're not tasty.
In a single room, there's only one cup. No kettle, and the water cooler doesn't have a hot water function.
I chose this hotel because I had issues with another booking. I had to choose quickly, and options were limited during the holidays. The hotel offers discounts and bonuses, it seems like management is trying to attract guests. But it would be much better if management reviewed the menu and invested in updating the furniture.
Upon check-in, you need to pay an additional tax amount. I paid cash, and they didn't have change. I had to ask for my change several times. They still didn't give me all of it back. So, be prepared with exact change.
The hotel has a pool, but in my opinion, the water in it is murky. I didn't use it. And I didn't see it being cleaned. There are two sun loungers by the pool. However, there are large trees around, so sunbathing isn't really possible. Overall, my impression is a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't stay here again.
