"The hotel is new and generally makes a good impression, but our stay wasn't as comfortable as we'd hoped. We only stayed one night during a layover and arrived in the evening. We had dinner at the hotel, and overall the food was decent, but one dish was disappointing: the rice in the dolma was completely undercooked and crunchy. We brought this to the attention of the staff, but the dish wasn't replaced or removed from the bill. Instead, they offered a complimentary flatbread and dips. This approach left a bad taste in our mouths. It's also important to consider the location: there's construction going on all around the hotel, and directly opposite as well. Due to the time difference between Tokyo and Tashkent, we went to bed early, around 9 PM, but until about 9:30 PM, there was noise and hammering from the construction site, which disturbed our rest. Separately, I'd like to mention the hotel's transfer service: the cost seemed overpriced. For comparison, a Yandex Taxi ride was at least five times cheaper. In summary, the hotel could be an option for a short stopover, but be prepared for noise due to construction and a less-than-ideal price-to-service ratio in certain aspects."

"Typically, when I book a standard room in China, it's for two people. Here, you have to select two guests, even though it's marketed as 'Chinese preferred,' it's run by locals. I booked two rooms for myself, but when other guests arrived at the hotel, they were charged extra, even more than the room rate. I offered to cancel and go elsewhere, but they refused. I ended up arguing with the front desk and Ctrip for four or five hours. In the end, Ctrip gave us some compensation, and we reluctantly checked in. The rooms are very old; one of our room doors had a faulty lock, and the bathroom had an odor. However, the front desk staff, both the young woman and young man, were very nice. All in all, if you're traveling with a group, I'd advise caution. The location is also quite remote."

"I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Here are the pros: - Perfect location, with a subway station and a 24-hour currency exchange nearby. - A magnificent view of Tashkent City and the sunsets from the window. - A very comfortable bed with huge pillows; it felt like sleeping on a cloud. - Friendly staff (I'd like to specifically mention Eleonora at the reception, a very pleasant lady), and all the staff in the restaurant were also very nice. Here are the cons: - Stains on the upholstered furniture. - Smudges on the windows. - No overhead lighting, making the room too dark in the evenings. - No cups for dental hygiene items. - Almost all closets are open (only one drawer and a shelf in the hallway are enclosed). - The breakfasts are tasty, but the hot food selection isn't very diverse. There's a lack of grain-based sides; carbohydrates are mostly potatoes, and the protein selection is also subpar (mostly very fatty chicken and sausages). - The buffet labels have errors, e.g., "chicken meat" (incorrect grammar). - The lunchbox provided for early check-out is extremely meager (a dry sandwich and a croissant, yogurt, 1 plum and 1 apple, a bottle of water). Overall, the hotel is not bad, and the room is very cozy; sometimes I didn't even want to leave it. However, there are a few minor functional aspects that need improvement."

"Pros: The location is excellent, and the breakfasts are varied and delicious. The rooms are clean. Prices for everything in the lobby are reasonable. Cons: The room smelled damp, which I believe was coming from the bathroom. The view was of an inner courtyard, so there was no view at all; you didn't even need to go near the window. It's hard to call the fitness room a fitness room: there's one bench, 4-5 pairs of dumbbells, mats, a couple of treadmills, and that's it. No pull-up bar, no weight bench, no barbells – a lot is missing. We didn't go to the spa, so I can't comment on it. It was my wife's birthday, and we hoped for a small gift from the hotel, but there wasn't one. It's not a big deal, of course, but that kind of attention makes you want to return to such places. Overall: Not bad, but it could have been better!"
