The Wi-Fi wasn't working, but as I was only staying for one night, I didn't make a fuss. Additionally, Chinese credit cards weren't easily accepted."

ВВалерий ИгишевExcellent hotel with stylish room design and very friendly staff, especially Munisa, Diera, and Maftuna. The restaurant staff is amazing (!!!!!), and they serve the best breakfasts in Uzbekistan!!! There's nothing nearby, but with cheap taxis, that's not an issue at all! The room design and the shower itself will impress anyone! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!

I had a Trip.com privilege (late check-out/early check-in) for free, and I contacted the hotel in advance through Trip.com, but received no reply. At the reception, they said they'd never heard of this privilege. It was certainly unpleasant, especially since we only arrived at 4 AM and hoped to stay longer, but it is what it is. The cleaning was very mediocre; I couldn't even use the shower because it was dirty and rather disgusting. The breakfast and the staff who handled it, however, were absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserIf the hotel cost $80-90, I wouldn't have any complaints, but we paid $250 a night and had certain expectations.
1. I asked for a second blanket – they brought a blanket and a duvet cover separately. I thought, 'Okay, I'll put it on myself.' As I started, I realized the duvet cover was wet 🤦♂️.
2. It rained heavily overnight, and the roof at Swissotel started leaking onto the drywall 🤦♂️. Thankfully, there wasn't a puddle, but the sound of water dripping from the roof onto the drywall was constant 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️.
3. In the morning, we asked to change rooms. We returned at 5 PM, and the staff went to check which rooms were available 🤷♂️. We went to our old room, and it hadn't been cleaned.
4. We returned to the new room in the evening, realizing not all our belongings had been moved, and it took a long time to find what we needed. They didn't even transfer the food from the fridge.
The only positive was the polite staff. The hotel itself is very simple.

However, the bed was very comfortable, and they also have suites. It's suitable for both families and business travelers.

HHung KingCMovenpick is very modern hotel and situated very well in old town near Metro Station, one of the Tashkent tourist highlights, stop at every metro station to admire interior design.
You can install Yandex (car ride app) and visit the Centre for Islamatic Civilization, that provide good story telling of the history of Central Asia.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases.
We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!

AAnonymous UserThe location is mediocre; if you want to explore the city center, it's a 25-minute drive. The room is clean, and breakfast is delicious and varied. Everyone mentions the sewage smell in the bathroom, and yes, it's there, but it disappears after using the plumbing fixtures. They charged more than stated on the website during check-in, but it was sorted out, and the difference was refunded. If you're traveling by car, there are hardly any parking spaces near the hotel, and the ones belonging to the hotel are occupied by locals.
