"The hotel is located in a residential area, which is nice because it's quiet. However, there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was quite generous, and overall, it's a pretty good place."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis Mercure was surprisingly new and beautiful, with a very tasteful, European-style exterior. The front desk staff were very friendly, especially Jakhongir. It's also conveniently located near shopping areas and very close to the airport. I had a particularly good impression of the hotel.
AAlinaAvkhimovichThis isn't a bad hotel for an overnight layover between flights. I had a Trip.com privilege (late check-out/early check-in) for free, and I contacted the hotel in advance through Trip.com, but received no reply. At the reception, they said they'd never heard of this privilege. It was certainly unpleasant, especially since we only arrived at 4 AM and hoped to stay longer, but it is what it is. The cleaning was very mediocre; I couldn't even use the shower because it was dirty and rather disgusting. The breakfast and the staff who handled it, however, were absolutely fantastic!
GGUDINI23Swissôtel Tashkent offers a sleek, modern stay with comfortable rooms and great attention to detail. Service is efficient, the atmosphere is calm, and everything feels well organized—perfect for a relaxed stay in Tashkent.
ぽぽっちぽちThe room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It helped me recover from my long journey.
The breakfast was also delicious.
I would like to stay here again when I visit Tashkent.
GGuest UserI liked it very, very much — the cleanliness, the location, and the service were all excellent. It’s in a very good location. I also ordered breakfast to the room, and I didn’t expect it to be such a big breakfast. There was an incredible amount of food for just one person, and it was very delicious. The staff were friendly and very kind. I really liked it.
GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.
RRafaelluisThe staff are very hospitable and the service is excellent . They go out of their way to satisfy clients and help if you are in need of something . Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport . The service is like ritz Carlton but a fraction of the price. If i come back in tashkent i will definitely stay again at this hotel.
GGuest UserAt first glance, it's a stylish, new hotel with spacious rooms. In reality, it was one problem after another.
In the first room, the outlets didn't work, then the air conditioning broke. They moved us to a second room, where there was a layer of construction dust on the shower doors. On the second day, the cleaning was done properly, but on the third, they simply made the bed: towels weren't changed, and water wasn't refilled.
The spa on the -1 floor wasn't ready for guests: the pool water was cool, there was construction dust in the showers, and no hot water. The area should not have been opened in that condition.
The room extension was another story. We had a late flight and asked to extend our stay for a few hours. Without even opening the system or looking at the monitor, the staff member immediately claimed the hotel was fully booked. I stepped away, checked a booking website, and saw rooms were readily available for that date. So, they simply lied to my face, just to avoid dealing with an already checked-in guest. This is unacceptable for a brand of Mövenpick's caliber.
It's a beautiful wrapper, but behind it is an unfinished property and service that doesn't belong under this name.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk in a straight line, making it ideal if you want to be close to the station. The hotel facilities are new and kept very clean. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The bathroom has amenities such as a toothbrush, shaving cream, and a comb. Everything in the room is very modern. The mattress on the bed is a bit high; I didn't have a problem with it because I'm tall, but I think for a shorter person, the bed would be a bit high. There's a construction project next to the hotel, but fortunately, you can't hear any noise with the windows closed, so don't worry, it's not a problem. Breakfast is very good; it's a buffet with a wide variety of breads, fruits, nuts, sweets, cheeses, yogurts, chocolates, etc. You can also order scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or any type of eggs you like. The restaurant staff is very friendly and always attentive to everything.
NNightwolf90I stayed for three nights. It's a good boutique hotel overall. Breakfast has all the basics, and I enjoyed the mini samosa on the first day. Background music would be nice, as it's strange to eat in complete silence.
I thought the pool and sauna would be great – a full-size large pool and a gym in a separate fitness club nearby. But in reality, you have to carry your things and walk outside, and it was chilly. The receptionist didn't explain any rules. They also didn't want to let you in without slippers or give you a towel. Basically, I took a dip once, sat in the sauna for 5 minutes, and then didn't go back. It's always more convenient when everything is in the hotel.
The receptionists were helpful with any problems, so I'm grateful. The rooms aren't cleaned daily; they only take out the trash when you press ”clean the room,” and they clean up. Otherwise, they might not have come at all for three days.
It would have been nice to have a shaving kit in addition to the dental kit. And change the liquid hand soap—it's a collective farm, at least install a decent, pretty dispenser.
There are also restaurants nearby, convenient. It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport.
I highly recommend it.
