GGuest UserLocation: It's just a block away from Nakajima-koen subway station, and surprisingly, it's not far to walk to Susukino station either, which meant I could see the ice sculptures every day during the Snow Festival. There's a bus stop downstairs with hourly buses to New Chitose Airport.
Service: There's a ********* girl at the front desk who speaks Chinese and is very patient.
Facilities: The rooms in this hotel are large and comfortable. The bathroom looks a bit yellow due to an older renovation, but everything else is great. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing coffee and snacks.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access.
Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas.
Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini
fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way.
Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily.
Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby.
Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The hotel is quite new. I was given a room on the 14th floor, the highest floor. The wood-toned decor is very cozy. What I liked most were the small sofa and the large table, which were super convenient for placing items and eating. The bed was also very comfortable, more than enough for one person.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly, which I was quite happy with. The toiletries were DHC brand, and there was a disposable toothbrush, tea bags, and coffee. However, there didn't seem to be bottled water, although the hotel mentioned the tap water is drinkable.
Environment: The hotel is located north of Sapporo Station's East Exit, which is relatively quiet. There's a 7-Eleven right near the hotel downstairs and a Lawson across the street, making it very convenient for breakfast and other necessities. You can walk directly to Hokkaido University from the north side. Since I was traveling to Otaru and Asahikawa and came to Sapporo on the Hokuto train from Hakodate, staying near Sapporo Station felt more convenient for getting around than the Susukino area.
Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service; the front desk always greeted guests when entering and exiting. The price for this booking was also very reasonable, offering good value for money. I would definitely stay here again during the snowy season.
PPatcharakon SIf you’re looking for a spot in Sapporo that’s right in the thick of things without breaking the bank, KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Odori is a total win. It’s tucked just a block or two away from Odori Park—which is a lifesaver if you're there for the Snow Festival—and you can wander over to the Tanukikoji shops or the Susukino nightlife in just a few minutes. The rooms are definitely on the cozy side (very typical for Japan), but they’re super clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given how central you are. Plus, they have an awesome amenity bar in the lobby where you can grab all your skincare and coffee essentials on your way up. It’s basically the perfect ”crash pad” for anyone who plans on spending most of their day exploring the city rather than sitting in a hotel room.

KKay AmioLocation is good. It is close to the central area. Room is spacious enough for 2. Although you cannot open 2 luggages at the same time. There’s a mini fridge and a kettle. Free coffee and tea. Also you can borrow hair curler and iron on the front desk. They also offer other things you can borrow like nail cutter and others. They change towels everyday. But room cleaning is not allowed until your 4th night. The view is nice too. Here’s a photo taken from our room.

EErliangailuanpaoWe stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room. My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌

TT1 FakerThe environment is great, and the self-service check-in at the front desk is always assisted by a friendly staff member. The room is excellent. Although cleaning is done every three days, you can leave anything you want to be thrown away outside your door and the staff will take care of it. It's quite convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station, and very close to the bustling downtown area. Tanukikoji shopping street is also just a 15-minute walk away.

AAnonymous UserThe room isn't huge, but there's just enough space by the bathroom door for two suitcases. To fully open them and pack, you'll need to use the bed, which is typical for Japanese hotels, so it's acceptable.
It's a bit of a walk to Susukino subway station, a few blocks away, and it's even harder in the snow. I had to go to the Susukino airport bus stop, which is only a few hundred meters away, but with snow and luggage, it would have taken about 40 minutes to walk. I ended up taking a taxi from the hotel entrance, costing less than 100 RMB, and got there in just a few minutes, which was very convenient.
Overall, the price was reasonable, around 400+ RMB per night.

CCenttBest for travelers prioritizing excellent cleanliness, great facilities (especially the sauna), and easy access to the Susukino area of Sapporo.
👍 The Good (Highlights):
Unique Amenities: The hotel features a highly popular sauna on the top floor (not a traditional onsen) and offers free miso ramen in the evenings (usually 9 PM to 11 PM).
Cleanliness & Style: Rooms are consistently rated as impeccably clean, modern, and stylishly designed.
Location: Conveniently located near the Hosui-Susukino Subway Station (Exit 6 is often mentioned), making it easy to access the main Susukino district, Nijo Market, and the Sapporo TV Tower.
Staff: The staff are very kind and helpful.
👎 The Not-So-Good (Drawbacks):
Lighting: Some guests have noted that the lighting in the rooms can be slightly dark, which might be inconvenient for tasks like applying makeup.
Dining: The immediate surrounding area right outside the hotel may have fewer restaurants or convenience stores compared to the absolute center of Susukino.
Verdict:
This hotel is a fantastic choice if you appreciate modern style, top-tier cleanliness, and are eager to take advantage of the unique sauna and free nightly ramen. Its slightly quieter location is balanced by excellent subway access.

EExpat EDventuresOverall, the stay was comfortable with several thoughtful touches, though there were some design drawbacks. The beds were soft and comfortable, and it was especially convenient that the sofa bed had already been made up for my daughter when we arrived. Toiletries were provided at check-in, which was a nice and practical detail. The concierge staff were consistently polite and helpful, and I appreciated the flavoured water always available in the lobby. The location is also very convenient and made getting around easy.
However, the room itself is quite small. The walkway between the door and the beds is extremely narrow, and one side of the bed sits directly against the wall, making it difficult to get out at night without disturbing your partner.
My biggest concern was the onsen changing area. When I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Drying my hair there was unpleasant, and when I asked the front desk, I was told it was a designated smoking area. I found this surprising and disappointing, as it’s an enclosed space everyone must pass through to access the baths. Especially since the bath was lovely itself.
Overall, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and friendly service, but the room layout and smoking policy around the onsen detract from the experience.
