The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is located in the small town of Fira, which is convenient for travel. There are Chinese restaurants around, close to the blue-domed church, and not far from the beach. Unfortunately, there was an earthquake, so I dared not go to the town of Ira, nor to the beach. The scenery on the island is still very good, and I experienced a less crowded tour."

"we stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time. breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅 swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view. location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano"

"Good view with two balconies. You can enjoy the sunset and the sunrise from those balconies. You can take local bus, ktel from the airport to city center . If you can walk for 20mins, you can walk, especially the cliff side walk is worth enjoying. You can enjoy cliff side view, sunset or three bells during the walk to the hotel. But"

"We enjoyed to stay this hotel very much. E,collect quiet location. Big parking space(not on road) Nice hotel room with all facilities. Nice swimming pool. We enjoy the outdoor and indoor sitting area. All staff are very nice. Excellent place to relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning. Lovely churches around us. Easy to walk to town and restaurants.
