GGuest UserThis property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in.
When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated.
We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

DdelphilionAthens went out to Santorini to check in. The Spring Festival in 2018 was the last stop of the trip to southern Europe. I didn't care to stay, and it was too cold in winter. I don't know why I booked this hotel, not in Oia/Ia or Fira, but in Perissa on the southeast side of the Holy Island. The first time I came to Holy Island, I was probably going to stay at the cliff hotel in the two towns ahead. It feels good to stay for four days and three nights. The key is that it is close to the black beach (there are two black beaches on the east bank, separated by a bald mountain, go to one of them). It takes five minutes to walk from the hotel and go to the beach every day. Go around and eat. Before leaving, it was an evening flight. We simply went to the beach to bask in the sun for a long time. It was the exclusive beach of the pesto store that the hotel cooperated with (pesto itself is a pizza shop, not too big, it has two long rows of beach lounge chairs, enough). Remember to borrow a big bath towel from the front desk and go to the beach, pesto is free. The Aegean sea in mid-October was a bit cold, but it was still possible to go to the sea at noon. The problem was that the seaside was a rock shoal. I didn't know how far to go to swim. Because the stone was too slippery and uneven, I didn't go deep and didn't swim. Just ”wet body”. It is also considered to experience the Aegean Sea. People mainly lie on lounge chairs or lie directly on the black beach to bask in the sun. The hotel breakfast is as good as the previous guest reviews, there are not many varieties and do not change the pattern, but it is acceptable to eat for three days. As for some guests, saying that this is the best hotel on Holy Island is overstated. Its advantage is that it is next to the avenue, easy to find (there is a bigger and better hotel in the alley on the left side of the door, it is estimated that it is not easy to find); the clerk is warm and can call the car at the front desk, the price is reasonable, and the two people are equipped with a Mercedes-Benz Van (10 seats, also converted to 11 seats, there is a bar, very luxurious). Basically, it is within 55 euros (the farthest to Oia), and 40 euros to the airport. The hotel has a long swimming pool, foreigners basking in the sun, and there are very few people going down. The hotel is about 7 kilometers to the red beach. When we went, we took the bus. When we came back, the two people took a taxi but 25 euros, Mercedes-Benz SUV. Finally, I don't know if this sentence is right. I saw a foreigner couple on the black beach before dusk that day, female to male BJ, and there was no one. The people of Europe are really relaxed haha, open their eyes.

AAha Alison!We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

YYIThe hotel is in Fira Plaza. There are a lot of shops downstairs. Very lively but! There are only 4 rooms in the entire hotel. There is no reception. Only when you press the doorbell to call the manager will you come to check in! I moved my luggage to the second floor. There was an aunt who cleaned the room. The manager came over and checked her passport and checked her name. It was ok. Then she explained in detail the facilities in the room, including computers and stereos. To be honest, I was disappointed at the beginning of this hotel. Compared with the facilities and services of the previous accommodation, the price is a bit expensive! I thought it was the last night on Holy Island anyway. I didn’t have any hope for the breakfast the next day. I never expected that when we went out and opened the door the next day, the breakfast was quite hearty: fried eggs boiled. Eggs, bread, cake, salad, juice, milk, coffee, but we have already had instant noodles in the room, the aunt greeted us warmly for breakfast...but we rushed out and took some small snacks. Aunty was really super enthusiastic and kept let us take more Order this delicious and that delicious... To be honest, we really regret that we solved the breakfast by ourselves. Overall, this hotel is ok. But the price is a bit expensive, about five or six hundred.

GGuest UserLia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.
