The hotel housekeeper Niko was very considerate and patiently introduced the situation of the Holy Island and the hotel in detail. On the day of check-out, we couldn't get a car when we went back to FIRA town to return to the hotel. We were about to miss our flight. After calling Niko, he personally drove us to the hotel. After taking our luggage, he took us to the airport and he didn't charge us any fees. Niko's warm and thoughtful service impressed me deeply, it's appreciated very much!"

"The hotel is very close to the main street, allowing for easy parking. There's a convenience store just down the road, and there's also a nice swimming pool. The front desk service was excellent. I arrived a little early on the day of check-in, and was even offered a free early check-in. It was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel also offers a luxury car service, which is cheaper than a regular taxi. Overall, this was the best service I had during my three days in Santorini. From the pool view, I could watch the sunrise from my room."

"I booked two adults and one child, but for some reason the system changed it to three adults. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that children under 12 years old could not stay. My child who is 7 years old refused to let the room go. After debating for a while, the solution was to book a hotel nearby where children could stay. hehe. Speechless. Be sure to avoid pitfalls!"

But more than that, Thomas made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. Before we even arrived, he made sure we were taken care of. And while we were there, he ensured nothing was overlooked. He arranged winery tours, a private cooking class, transportation any where we wanted to visit. His recommendations were top notch and there was nothing we didn’t love. Thank you to the entire team there as well. There was no detail overlooked. We would not hesitate to go back and are already looking forward to our next visit - this time for longer."

Being so close to the town's entrance, you can easily stroll into Oia's beautiful scenery. It's also very close to the Three Blue Domes Church and stunning sunset views, perfect for taking photos at the church before the crowds arrive in the morning. The hotel faces the sea, and the pool and breakfast area are absolutely gorgeous! Definitely worth it!"

"We stayed at this place and this place is an illusion. In the pictures everything looks amazing but when you arrive everything is different. *Rooms are divided and connected And everything is built of plasterboard - no privacy, you hear every word and every little thing. *This is not a hotel - it's a villa divided into rooms. *No lobby. *Really bad breakfast, cold food, cold coffee, no selection, the same thing every day, really disappointing. *Room cleaning is not sterile and very unclean. *The place is very far from the center and the sea. *There is a lot of noise from motorcycles and ATVs in this place that you can hear them loudly in the rooms. *The jacuzzi on the balcony is really cold, there is no possibility to heat it, the receptionist is sorry and says it is not a jacuzzi, it is a kind of pool. They moved us for the last night to a room with the pool and told us at the reception that the pool is heated and the pool was also very cold and there was no possibility to heat it. *The receptionist's service is very bad and disrespectful. *Do not recommend this place. Everything looks good in the pictures but when you arrive the experience is very, very disappointing!"
