"We used the airport transfer service, which cost €40 for a round trip. For first-time visitors to Santorini, I highly recommend using a transfer service as navigating the local buses can be quite challenging. As rumored, there are stairs everywhere, making it difficult to carry your own luggage. However, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and readily assisted us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and tidy. Like most places, it was very humid, and if you don't air it out, it can feel stuffy and muggy. There are no tissues among the amenities, so it's a good idea to bring your own. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and it was fun to pick something new every day. The staff were always smiling and friendly, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful trip!"

Gold Suites - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

"We were here 3 nights for our honeymoon, but this was overall a disappointing experience. We booked a Junior Suite (sold out, so no upgrade availability). They don't warn you that this room is right by the pool/bar/restaurant (and the room next to us was also like that). Unlike other rooms in the hotel, there's no privacy. But it was quiet, despite that. The Junior Suite had a very dark bathroom and the furniture/amenities all looked old. The pool was never used by the other guests because it was unheated and so ice cold in September. The bar/restaurant staff is rarely there. They really need a bell to bring them around! Often difficult to order food/drinks. The food, however, was very good. But it comes from a restaurant off-site, so there is a wait (if you can even find someone to order food). I would see people show up and see no one at the bar/restaurant, and then walk away. The breakfast was adequate. But it was like playing the lottery to see if you'd get what you actually ordered. The manager/concierge was rather surly and unwelcoming. There are stunning views, and they do provide a welcome bottle of prosecco & lovely snacks. Plus, beatiful and scenic wlaking nearby. However, this did not feel like a luxury hotel. There are many other choices in Imerovigli with incredible views. I recommend staying elsewhere."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, as you walk out onto the main street. The service in the hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it looks beautiful (I didn't have time to enjoy it). The breakfast is also good. However, the hotel room is average. There is a large mirror directly opposite the bed, which is a bit strange. The wash basin in the toilet is very small, smaller than that in Hong Kong, only as big as a palm 😂 This is something I didn't expect. The so-called rooms with balconies are public spaces outside. Our room just faced the public corridor. Without the curtains, you would be able to see the room whenever you enter and leave the hotel. If you want privacy, don’t book it."

"A week's vacation in a magical place for children and parents. Swimming pool and jacuzzi that delighted young and old. A very large suite with a shower for the parents and a shower for the children. 3 TVs with Netflix; WIFI that works perfectly. Monolithos Beach nearby, accessible on foot, good restaurants nearby. A special mention to our host Elona who was great during our stay. She was very welcoming, attentive, she gave us great advice on activities to do in Santorini. She recommended an affordable restaurant to admire the sunset. She offered us a catamaran to visit the volcano and the hot springs and even found us a hairdresser for the children.
