"The hotel room is spacious. The location is a bit hard to find at first as the route from Google map is not reliable. The day I checked in is a bit busy, so it was not easy to find a staff to handle my inquires. The hot bath of the room next door is not working and the staff just told them to use mine directly. The room is quite dark, I even needed to use the torch from my phone when I showered."

AAha Alison!We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

YYIThe hotel is in Fira Plaza. There are a lot of shops downstairs. Very lively but! There are only 4 rooms in the entire hotel. There is no reception. Only when you press the doorbell to call the manager will you come to check in! I moved my luggage to the second floor. There was an aunt who cleaned the room. The manager came over and checked her passport and checked her name. It was ok. Then she explained in detail the facilities in the room, including computers and stereos. To be honest, I was disappointed at the beginning of this hotel. Compared with the facilities and services of the previous accommodation, the price is a bit expensive! I thought it was the last night on Holy Island anyway. I didn’t have any hope for the breakfast the next day. I never expected that when we went out and opened the door the next day, the breakfast was quite hearty: fried eggs boiled. Eggs, bread, cake, salad, juice, milk, coffee, but we have already had instant noodles in the room, the aunt greeted us warmly for breakfast...but we rushed out and took some small snacks. Aunty was really super enthusiastic and kept let us take more Order this delicious and that delicious... To be honest, we really regret that we solved the breakfast by ourselves. Overall, this hotel is ok. But the price is a bit expensive, about five or six hundred.

The hotel's transportation is not very convenient, but there is a free shuttle bus to fira station. The bus stop near the hotel is a Mexican stop, which needs to be explained in advance with the driver of the local bus, otherwise it will not stop.

For those who dont have a car might need to call cab or walk around 1.1miles to reach Fira town centre.
Food is really delicious and fleshly prepared.
Staffs are really friendly especially Nicoll, George, Amalia and other staffs in kitchen(apologies forgot thir names).

22026552293Stayed for two days, arrived at around three o'clock, had to wait for an hour for cleaning, and checked in at around four o'clock. The room and leisure facilities are good. The sound of closing the door outside at night is quite loud, and the crack under the door is large and the wind blowing in is quite strong. The breakfast was quite rich, but there was only one service staff, who couldn't serve it at all, and the black coffee was never delivered. This season, for the same price of 150 US dollars, it is better to stay in the small town of Oia.
