We stayed for 4 nights at Venus Sunrise Hotel and everything was perfect ! From the reception to our departure nothing to reiterate We found the super location , very quiet with a beautiful view for breakfast. The perfect hotel with a perfect service! We were greeted with a welcome drink and the junior suite was really big! There was a bottle of ice cooled Greek white wine and water and the amenities are made by French designer Mugler! The view from our balcony is great! You can see as far as the other end of the island! The breakfast is served at the table in the Crocus Restaurant by the pool and yes the menu is huge! There is something for everybody! This hotel is really first class! I know what I mean as I worked in First class for an airline for many years!

The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

A very large hotel; our tour guide mentioned it's part of the InterContinental group. The rooms are quite spacious, which is perfect for families with kids. Everything in the minibar is chargeable except for the complimentary bottled water. The croissants at the breakfast buffet were delicious; while the overall breakfast selection wasn't vast, the quality was exceptional. We had a very pleasant three-night stay here. It's a shame we didn't get a chance to experience the hotel's pool. One night, guests in the adjacent room were quite loud late into the evening, and the soundproofing wasn't great, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep. The front desk was very helpful, offering to arrange taxis and make reservations at restaurants in nearby towns. This was a very thoughtful touch!

Great stay. We love this hotel and the service and the room is top notch. We have to eat gluten free and the kitchen cook our meal specific to our dietary restriction. We also snorkeled here, the water by this beach is very shallow, good for kids to swim too but make sure to wear aqua shoes due to volcanic rocks along the beach area. Food was great, the vibe is so relaxing and chill. I have many choices of hotel but I picked this one, because of beach access. Even I have to drive 25 min to go for dinner or town of Fira, or else where. I find it is worth it because I can swim in the ocean without jamming with the crowd in Red Beach or some other beaches. Or you can take a boat tour.

This property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in. When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated. We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

The hotel is fantastic. First line on the beach is amazing. The rooms are clean, well equiped, the service is really significant, they thy to do whatever you ask. The private pool imho is overated in general, when you have a beach and water line 10 meters from the door you dont really need it, in addition to 5 pools around the hotel. Highly recomended! Be aware that the hotel is on the route of landing jets, they are probably not flying berween 00:00 and 6:00 +-, but the noise during the day, not dramatic but indeed notebale...

Great stay at De Sol, everything in our room looks new and the amenities are amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the hotel who were so amazing to allow us to check in slightly earlier. Room was huge with a sofa and sufficient amenities. The buffet breakfast was also great with a good range of food!

Stayed for 3 nights. Views of the sea from the hotel was great. The next best thing was the awesome and cheerful service staff Ms Vasiliki Samara who was superb in her duties attending to our needs and requests at the reception counter and at breakfast. This has resulted in a first-ever review of hotel stay by this guest.

We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton
