"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable."

"Must give 5 stars! This is the most satisfying accommodation in this European trip! Good location, sea view and volcano, 5 minutes away from the bus station, and the commercial street is right outside. The service is especially good. We got timely solutions and suggestions for any problems we encountered during our stay. Breakfast can be eaten in the room, which is full of ritual and a great vacation experience. When we checked out, the front desk helped us book a car, moved our luggage into the car, and waved goodbye. It was very touching! A great experience! Looking forward to visiting this hotel again!"

"This hotel doesn't seem to be popular among Chinese people, but the facilities and services are really good. The sisters at the front desk are very friendly. The free breakfast every morning is delicious, and it is also worth a try to pay for it at night. The fish soup for dinner in this hotel is super delicious. I recommend everyone to try it! ! "I was very satisfied with this hotel, which was cost-effective. I extended my stay for another night. The hotel is a cliff hotel, and you can sit by the small swimming pool and enjoy the sea view. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Fira town along the path along the cliff, and you can enjoy the sea view and the town scenery. I rented a car and drove to Oia town to watch the sunset in just 25 minutes, and to the airport in 12 minutes. It was very quiet to sleep at night."

"This is a very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent! The room is spacious and the breakfast is very generous. If you rent a car, please let the staff know in advance and they will provide a reserved parking space. The overall experience is very good and worth a try!"

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area between Oia and Fira. It is very convenient to go to both towns, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. There is an unbeatable sea view when you open the door. Drinking coffee on the terrace, enjoying the sunrise and sunset, and looking at the volcano view is so comfortable. The hotel's restaurant is also great. You can enjoy a fine dinner while watching the sunset. The staff are very friendly and considerate, and often send some exquisite desserts and cocktails."

"The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. There is a small table at the door where you can eat. The overall feeling is very comfortable. We arrived at 12 o'clock that day. The front desk staff was waiting for us. They helped us check in and moved our luggage. When we left, we had an early flight. They booked a cheap taxi for us and prepared breakfast for us. "Hotel is pretty and clean and staff are super friendly. Location is on top of the hill but reachable by car. The sunset view is gorgeous. However the beddings not very comfortable, hope can improve on that."

"The hotel has a great view of the volcanic island Nea Kameni and the caldera. It is well located, near to shops and restaurants. The room is comfortable and spacious. Service is great! We had breakfast served in our room. Only issue is that the jacuzzi wasn't working on our first night. Other than that, a great place to stay in Fira!"
