First of all, the hotel's location is superb, situated in the city center with convenient transportation and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a modern and minimalist style. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are the perfect height, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The room cleanliness is impeccable; the floors, beds, and bathroom were all spotless, even the corners were meticulously cleaned, giving me a sense of peace and security. In terms of service, the hotel staff were warm and attentive, and every step from check-in to check-out was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions and proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, making me feel right at home. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, satisfying my different tastes. In short, this hotel excels in location, rooms, service, and dining, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Stayed one night which was quite pleasant. A good room with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. The train station is less than 10 mins by taxi. Lots of good Uyghur food in the street outside the hotel. The reception desk were kind and welcoming. The price was a bit high, I thought.

The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic. The driver helped with luggage both ways, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The room facilities were generally good, but the showerhead in my room last night was leaking from both ends. It was too late to contact the front desk, though. Breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, offering all the essentials and tasting delicious. I stayed here for one night as a layover after arriving late for a skiing trip, and overall, it's good value for money. The free airport shuttle service to Tianshan International Airport was excellent; the car was new and very clean, and they helped carry my luggage to the hotel.

This hotel is super close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is a huge plus. The environment is also quite nice, and the fact that you can get a late checkout at 4 PM, even if it's raining, is incredibly thoughtful! This means you don't have to rush from the city early in the morning for an early flight the next day. All you have to do is let the front desk know your desired shuttle time for the next day when you check in, and the hotel will take care of the arrangements. It's really excellent! For older guests, this service is particularly reassuring. There's also a night market nearby, with tasty baked buns for 3 yuan each, and places to buy fruit.

It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

The facilities are all new and modern, with soft colors, making the room feel very cozy, clean, and odor-free. The location is excellent, right across the street from Urumqi Station, making transportation very convenient. Downstairs, there are restaurants and supermarkets, which is great for shopping.

Service: Excellent service, especially from the front desk staff, Xiaobei and Xiaoli. They were exceptionally good. We arrived at midnight and were initially assigned a room with a first-floor locker, as our family is averse to such matters. After explaining the reason to the front desk staff, they moved us. They were very welcoming and understanding, not at all impatient or bothering us. The hotel facilities were very comfortable, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and they even offer a self-service car wash. I'll definitely be back in Urumqi again. Fantastic stay! The front desk attendant was incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super quick and efficient. I originally booked a boutique standard room, but they proactively upgraded me to a deluxe standard room for free, which was a huge bonus! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the location is really convenient with tons of great food options nearby. I'll definitely be back!

Facilities: Truly four-star hotel amenities; the room felt like it was back in the 2000s, with a telephone, bathrobes, and a refrigerator. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, spotless. Environment: There are restaurants and bakeries across the street. The hotel parking lot is large, and taxis are readily available. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Grand Bazaar. Service: Check-in was very quick, and check-out was also convenient.
