"This hotel offers great value for money overall. It's super convenient, just under a 1km walk from the high-speed train station, and cost less than 200 [currency unit]. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and BBQ stalls, so you don't have to worry about going hungry even if you arrive late at night. The room size is a bit small, but it was just right for a solo overnight stay. I also have to praise the door stopper design; it prevents others from opening the door, which is a great feature for women traveling alone. The shower gel and shampoo both had a lovely, sophisticated scent. Plus, there's a free laundry room with three washing machines and three dryers, which is more than enough, and they even provide free laundry detergent. The front desk staff were all very patient and helpful; big thanks to them for working late into the night!"

AAcencen kaolaRegular hotel, complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, very convenient to eat around, good sound insulation, good service attitude, breakfast is rich in Xinjiang. It is very close to Miao'ergou, Silk Road Ski Resort and Tianshan Grand Canyon. It is a little distance from Xibaiyanggou, Dongbaiyanggou, Chrysanthemum Terrace and Liwande. You can take a walk for dinner in the surrounding villa area, and there are mushroom surprises in the green belt 🤪🤪

LlakesongTraveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOrange Hotel on Youhao South Road (Hongshan) is my top choice for business trips. Jingjing always arranges a quiet and convenient room for me. The hotel's location is excellent, on Youhao South Road, not far from Hongshan, making transportation very convenient. Taxis to attractions are quick. The lobby environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the business meeting area is private, making it easy to meet clients. The room's office facilities are complete, with a spacious desk, plenty of charging ports, and stable internet, ensuring efficient work. The bedding is clean and soft, perfect for a good rest during a midday break. The smart lighting and curtains are easy to operate and save time. The bathroom is clean, odorless, and dry. Breakfast is rich and well-balanced. The service is professional, efficient, and thoughtful. It's truly my first choice for business travel.

JJiayinziThis hotel is really hard to spell! Their standards are inconsistent, and they shouldn't let booking channels and platforms dictate their service quality. I stayed here twice, once at the start and once at the end of my trip to Duku Highway, flying in and out of Urumqi. The first night was booked via Trip.com, and the last night was redeemed by a teammate using his American credit card points. Both stays were 100% pre-paid and confirmed. For the first night, a guest relations manager contacted me a day in advance to discuss my itinerary, prepare the room, and even ask about my pillow preferences. Upon arrival for check-in, the same manager personally greeted me, guided me, and introduced the hotel. The room had welcome fruits and a cute bear plushie, and I especially loved the bath service. When checking out, I mentioned my next booking and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, during my second stay, there was absolutely no special service. The front desk service was very standard and process-driven. Although the room type was better than the first time, the soft services were significantly worse. There were no pre-arranged pillows, no welcome fruits, and I had to call myself to request the bath service. All the towels were old and worn out. Is this difference in service purely due to the booking platform? I can understand that different prices might lead to different rooms, facilities, and views, but it shouldn't mean a loss of basic hotel service standards. What felt like a 'home away from home' before now just seems like empty courtesy.

GGuest UserStayed in Urumqi a couple of times, this is by far the best for value property I've stayed in. Lovely, friendly service, spacious, modern rooms, huge TV, plush interior and comfy bed. Items in the mini bar were free so was the breakfast, tea and supper... definitely a winner in my books. I'm coming back for sure, thanks to the team that made my stay a memorable one.
