"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

However, the air conditioning in some rooms was very poorly designed, blowing directly at people, which caused some children to catch colds. Otherwise, it was good value for money. The staff accepted the suggestion the next day, but it's unclear if it has been fixed. Room 312 had a nightmare air conditioning problem; everyone should try turning it on and adjusting it to avoid it blowing directly on your head, as the direction is difficult to change. It was both hot and cold at night, making it impossible to sleep for a second."

"The room was very clean and well-maintained, feeling quite premium, and the service was excellent. Right next door, Elijiang Cuisine offers authentic local food, and the fruit market nearby has incredibly cheap fruit, just 2 RMB a jin! You can totally indulge in roasted buns, naan, fruits, Xinjiang lamb skewers, and Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken) to your heart's content. The location is fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, with police on duty 24/7, it feels very safe!"

"The place is okay for a short stay. The room was clean. However there are some things that bothered me during my stay: - Bathroom is very small, and the water was leaking to the room after the shower. There's no towel to put on the floor to make it dry - Every day I returned to the hotel my key card was unable to open the door. I had to go to the reception to reactivate my card - Laundry room has 3 washing machines, however they are always occupied. People load the machines, and not coming back to take their clothes after work finished. You also can't unload the machines, because all baskets occupied as well. I saw some people just take the clothes from the machines and put it randomly in the room, then the owner coming back and can't find it. Very messy."

"The room layout was great, both my child and I were very satisfied. The breakfast was also good. I especially want to thank the staff because when we checked out, we left three pieces of luggage at the hotel's front desk. After visiting the Grand Bazaar that evening, we stayed at a nearby hotel. We tried to book a car to pick up our luggage, but couldn't find one. I called the front desk, and the lovely lady there suggested they could arrange a car to deliver the luggage to us! We're so grateful for their thoughtful and attentive service! Thank you! If we come back to Urumqi, we'll definitely stay here again."

This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively upgraded my room for free upon arrival. The new room was much more spacious, with better lighting and views. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. The staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient and swift. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
