GGuest UserI think it's fantastic! I arrived in early June, and the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free, which was a wonderful surprise! I thoroughly checked the bathroom, and it was very clean. Consumables in the room, including drinks and nut snacks, were replenished promptly. I'll definitely come back again and highly recommend staying here.

Sshawn_on_caSlightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

GGuest UserAn excellent stay! First off, I have to praise the cleanliness—the room was spotless, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable, too; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties was warm, polite, and very quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety, including local specialties and freshly made noodles and wontons. You can see the high-speed train station nearby, just a few hundred meters away, and despite the new buildings in the area, it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept really well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Urumqi.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. Yy3nch1ngHad another night stay here before heading back, and just adding on to my earlier review—still a consistently good experience overall. One thing I forgot to mention earlier was that we actually stored our luggage at the hotel for about 10 days while we travelled around. Xiao Mi helped us arrange and store everything securely in a locker, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip. Overall, still a very smooth and reliable stay with thoughtful service from the team.
