"My friend recommended this hotel, so I decided to stay here during my business trip to Urumqi. Overall, it was excellent! The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, and the environment was really nice. The front desk service was fantastic; they were always helpful and very responsible. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly. It was a hot day, and I asked for an extra bottle of water, which they delivered quickly. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable and soft. There's also a gym and laundry room on the basement level, which was really convenient for a quick run and doing laundry. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!"

"Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for."

"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"Special shout-out to Ouyang, their service was excellent! The room was great, and the amenities were also top-notch. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. They even helped me with my luggage, I almost felt embarrassed! The hotel is very new. When I first checked in, one room had a slight smoke smell, and they immediately switched me to another, which was fantastic. When I checked out, they even gave me a large bag of souvenirs. They also offered me a drink in the lobby. Highly recommend!"

"My stay at麗怡酒店 (Liyi Hotel) was absolutely wonderful, and I particularly want to commend the front desk staff, especially the 'angelic' gentleman with the staff ID 'Tian Shi'! He was incredibly friendly throughout, and check-in was super quick. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about directions to the airport and luggage storage. His responsiveness to my needs was incredibly prompt. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Thanks to his thoughtful service, I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'm already a regular, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
