He rushed to help carry the luggage from the parking lot to the room. Dinner was served at the B&B. The food was so well cooked that most of it was on CD. After check-out, we were given homemade flower rolls for us to take with us on the road. The room is very clean. It is the cleanest among the many B&Bs I have stayed in. The various room facilities are also well maintained and not superficial. All in all, highly recommended!

Holiday stay, there are small snacks and freshly ground coffee in the lobby, very rich! The water was slightly cold during the peak bathing period at night, but the store took the initiative to solve the problem quickly, and there was no delay at all. This hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable. However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy. The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars. We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow. As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here. Overall, it was a good stay!

The B&B is located right next to Ziyang Street, making it a very convenient location. The family room is spacious and bright, and the leather lounge chairs are so comfortable that the whole family doesn't want to get up. More importantly, the service is excellent. The air conditioning in the room was prepared before check-in, and they were very responsive to every request.

Great location! There's a Lawson convenience store and street food stalls right downstairs. You can walk to Ziyang, and the delicious Mai Shrimp is nearby, making it super easy to find places to eat. The room was clean, bright, and looked good. Highly recommend!

The sanitation is very clean, the stay is very comfortable, the front desk service is also very good, and the hotel also gave souvenirs when checking in, which is a great experience. The environment is not bad, it is very close to Ziyang Street and East Lake, and there is also a seafood street on Renmin Road next to it, with many choices and the taste is also good.

The hotel upgraded us to a business standard room for free. It was clean and had good service! The room was super big. It was the standard room with the largest bed I've ever seen, with 2 1.5-meter beds. We brought 2 children with us and it was very nice!

There is no problem with the room facilities, but the service awareness of the breakfast restaurant needs to be strengthened. The weekend breakfast is completely over at 9:30. We arrived on time at 9:30, and they had already started to clean up. There was no freshly cooked hot food at all. The most important thing is that there are still many guests in the restaurant. Cleaning usually starts after most of the guests have left. The waiters ignored the guests and sprayed water while cleaning, which almost made me slip and fall. They also said that slippers are not allowed in the restaurant. I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never heard that slippers are not allowed in restaurants. I never comment easily, but this is the first time I've seen someone clean up a restaurant in such a hurry.

The stay was absolutely worth the money spent. The hotel is very clean, in a quiet peaceful place with a very beautiful view. The staff is very respectful, helpful and communicative. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay for business, relaxation, time alone or time with a loved one. We definitely will be going back for another stay and would absolutely recommend.
