"We booked 5 rooms for two nights, and everyone in our group was extremely happy with our stay. It's especially ideal for several families traveling together, offering a courtyard, a terrace, and even a common room. It's perfect for relaxing with tea and a chat, playing cards, or even dancing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were great too. All my friends said they would definitely want to stay here again. The location is excellent, quite close to the pedestrian street, which allowed us to indulge in all the local glutinous delicacies this time. The parking area is a few minutes' walk from the hotel, but the owner kindly guided us there. What's more, they offer complimentary, free-flowing herbal jelly drink made in-house, and most importantly, it tastes fantastic! Highly recommended!!"

"Although it's a guesthouse, the overall facilities and service are beyond 5-star. The hotel is a renovated historic ticket office. You enter through a bookstore and pass a long corridor to reach the front desk. As soon as I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to a suite, which immediately made a great impression. To maintain privacy, the hotel has a security gate, and only registered guests can access the residential area with their key cards. That's another plus! My room was on the third floor, accessible by elevator. The room was very spacious, and the bedding was perfectly comfortable – neither too soft nor too firm. Stepping out of the room, you could see a large public terrace. Looking out, I could admire the lush, natural scenery of the distant mountains, which was absolutely refreshing. While the breakfast variety wasn't as extensive as a 5-star hotel, it was still very plentiful and, more importantly, much more thoughtful and heartfelt than typical hotel breakfasts. Many local snacks were carefully selected and ordered by the hotel, such as Wang Tianshun's seaweed cakes, an old brand's wontons from the market, Sanhe & Simei's fermented tofu, freshly fried mini fritters, and local noodles. The coffee was also excellent. Because the breakfast was so uniquely local and delicious, I ended up eating a lot every morning! The hotel's location is also very central. Longxing Temple, Ziyang Street, and the entrance to the ancient city wall are all nearby. There are also many local restaurants around the hotel, offering plenty of choices. Yet, the hotel itself manages to be a tranquil oasis in the bustling city, and my room was very quiet. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Linhai!"

"1. Housing prices are high and cost-effective. A little bit around is cheaper than Haiyou. 2. The room is too small and poorly decorated. The air conditioner can only be blown towards the bed, and the outer walls are all hung with air conditioner outdoor units, which buzz at night. 3. The facilities are simple, not just rudimentary! ! ! Disposable bath towels become ragged after taking a bath! And the whole body is covered with hair, and it seems that the ingredients are not cotton, but made of wood pulp and paper! How much money would this save? And this two-in-one shower and shampoo product, how bad is that! Luckily I brought my own toiletries. 4. The breakfast is terrible, with little appearance and poor taste. 5. It is difficult to park at the door. There is a small parking lot, but it is not easy to park. And it's far away, about two or three hundred meters away from the hotel. Shortly after we booked, the housekeepers, Wenwen and Yuanyuan, proactively contacted us to confirm our arrival time and thoughtfully sent directions, allaying any concerns we might have. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and patient, responding quickly to any questions. The service was meticulous and attentive throughout, making our stay very comfortable and worry-free. Highly recommended."

"The guesthouse is very close to Ziyang Street. It doesn't look very big, with a small courtyard that's tastefully furnished. We stayed on the first floor near the courtyard gate. The room door couldn't be locked from the inside and had no safety latch; the guesthouse said this was a requirement of the local police. The windows couldn't be closed completely, which made us feel insecure. The service was okay; they provided a complimentary drink and a refreshing herbal porridge upon check-in, one cup per person, which was a welcome relief in the heat. Unfortunately, that was the only cup available; when we asked for another, they said they were out of stock. Before check-in, the guesthouse contacted us in advance via WeChat to provide directions and travel guidance. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom sink looked unclean; it was old, yellowed, and reddish."

"This is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here. Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!). Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!) I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!"
