✨ A hidden gem in Taizhou: Fuchen Yin 府城隐 What makes this hotel truly special is its incredible story — a beautiful transformation from an old 财神庙 (temple of the God of Wealth, so yes… extra good fortune vibes 😉) and a historic printing factory into a serene luxury retreat. Tucked away in a quiet residential alley and accessible by buggy, the hotel feels like a secret escape from the busy world. The moment you step inside, you feel a sense of calm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with generous spaces to unwind, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. My favourite corners? The library, where I spent time getting lost among the books, and the piano area, where I happily played a few tunes. These little details made the stay feel more like a home away from home rather than just a hotel. The breakfast was an absolute highlight — a celebration of Taizhou’s local flavours. I loved discovering so many regional specialties: 🍵 青草糊 — a refreshing grass jelly dessert with a wonderful touch of peppermint that made it even more refreshing 🍜 姜汤面 and 芋头面 — comforting local noodle dishes 🍰 三色糕 🍚 乌饭麻糍 (with red bean filling) 🥟 扁食 …and so many more delicious local treats that I wish I had a bigger stomach! They even helped me buy the famous 海苔饼 — the whole reason I came to Taizhou — and it arrived piping hot. Truly the kind of thoughtful service that makes a trip memorable. The hotel facilities are exceptional. From the beautifully designed spaces to the thoughtful amenities, everything has been carefully considered. The bed deserves a special mention — probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. They also provide turndown service, luxurious toiletries, and a complimentary minibar (which, by the way, included local rice wine 🍶 — just saying 😉). A huge thank you to every member of the Fuchen Yin team for making my stay so warm and memorable. The combination of history, design, local culture, incredible food, and heartfelt hospitality makes this one of the most unique stays I’ve experienced. Definitely a place I would love to return to. 🤍

It is very close to Ziyang Street, parking is very convenient, there are many parking spaces in the underground garage, you only need to add the hotel's corporate WeChat to get out for free. The sanitation is very clean, the stay is very comfortable, the front desk service is also very good, and the hotel also gave souvenirs when checking in, which is a great experience. The environment is not bad, it is very close to Ziyang Street and East Lake, and there is also a seafood street on Renmin Road next to it, with many choices and the taste is also good.

Very clean, very tidy, very new, the environment is very good, the service is very good, the facilities inside are all new, the TV is oversized, very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable and soft, the water is Jingtian, very high-end, breakfast is also very delicious, very satisfied!

Excellent location! The bus from Linhai Railway Station goes directly to the hotel entrance. It takes more than 10 minutes to drive to Ziyang Street and Lansheng Gate. Renmin Road Seafood Street is also within walking distance. It is in the same building as the Sheraton, the room structure and decoration are very good, and there are food, drinks and shopping downstairs. It is definitely a cost-effective choice for seaside hotels!

This is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here. Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!). Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!) I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!

Nice hotel, close to the Great Wall and East Lake. We were foreigners who don't speak Chinese, but the staff was helpful and we managed to communicate through a translator. The room was big, spacious, clean, and warm. The smart toilet was interesting, we loved it. Breakfast was okay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Super satisfied stay experience! This trip is too key to the hotel! The location of the hotel is excellent, eating and shopping are particularly convenient . As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The sheets were white and odorless, and there was no dust in the corner of the bathroom. The towels were fluffy and soft, and the whole space was refreshing. The most surprising thing is the bed, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the pillow support is very good, plus the room is very soundproof, the corridor noise is not heard at night, and I slept for a long time. The facilities are also very intimate, with USB charging ports at the bedside and desk. Wi-Fi signal is stable, the video is smooth, the shower water pressure is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, and the spares smell fresh and good. The service is nothing to say, the front desk check-in speed is very fast, and the local niche check-in points and gourmet shops are also actively recommended. Call for extra drinking water in the middle, and it will be delivered in a few minutes. The smile service throughout the whole process makes people feel very kind. In terms of comprehensive location, health, facilities and services, the price is really high, I have recommended it to friends who are going to the local area, and I will definitely stay here next time!

The stay was absolutely worth the money spent. The hotel is very clean, in a quiet peaceful place with a very beautiful view. The staff is very respectful, helpful and communicative. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay for business, relaxation, time alone or time with a loved one. We definitely will be going back for another stay and would absolutely recommend. Worth your time and money
