Linhai Hotels with Bars

Cao Su almost satisfied all my imaginations of a secluded countryside, with a quiet village, trickling water, stone walls and green tiles, and bamboo forests rustling in the wind. Unlike Beijing, where I live, the mild and humid countryside in the south of the Yangtze River touched me almost instantly. Back to Cao Su, the owner Shuicao is enthusiastic and gentle, the aunt in the store is kind and amiable, and the two dogs in the yard, Xiaohei and Heijian, are extremely smart and well-behaved. The best mornings and nights here are when you can stroll around the village or sit in the yard and read after eating the healthy breakfast prepared by the aunt in the morning. At night, you can listen to the chirping of insects and lie on a recliner to watch the stars in the sky. Returning to nature is really realized here. This morning, I left the store and returned to Beijing. Xiaohei and the aunt were not sent to the village entrance by me. I think I will come back, because Cao Su not only has scenery, but more importantly, it has human touch.

Facilities: A family of three stayed in a family room, the high beams, it looked very comfortable and not depressed at all. The room is very large, there is a small balcony, move a chair to drink tea on the balcony, look up the city wall, feel very comfortable. The toiletries in the room are complete, reflecting the store's meticulousness. Environment: Located on the edge of the city wall, quiet in the middle of noisy, warm sunshine, every corner of the work area of the hotel is very comfortable. There is a book gun in the living room, so even on rainy days, you can sit in the living room and read quietly. It is very convenient to live here in the morning and evening to visit Ziyang Street for shopping! Service: Staying during the Spring Festival, the oranges in the room are so sweet, making the festivals sweet. The uncles and aunts I met were very kind. Feel warm. Holiday stay, there are small snacks and freshly ground coffee in the lobby, very rich! The water was slightly cold during the peak bathing period at night, but the store took the initiative to solve the problem quickly, and there was no delay at all. I feel that the homestay work area is large in scale, very suitable for group building and group bureau! Looking forward to going again next time!

📍 Fantastic Ambiance: The 539-year-old camphor tree in the hotel's courtyard is an absolute ”treasure of the house.” Its lush green stature gives the hotel a unique historical charm. A morning stroll under the tree makes time feel like it slows down. 💁 Top-Notch Service: The butler service deserves a huge shout-out! Their response time was incredibly fast, truly ”answering every question.” They not only offered great travel advice but also meticulously arranged our daily needs, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. 🥣 Dining Experience: Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, featuring all local specialties. We didn't need to search for guides to enjoy authentic Linhai flavors, starting the day off with great energy. The evening bar service was also good, with well-made cocktails. The reading room had a wonderful, quiet, and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. 📝 Minor Drawback: Just a small suggestion – while the bar's service and drinks are excellent, there isn't a non-smoking section. This slightly detracts from the experience for non-smoking guests. Overall, the minor flaw doesn't overshadow the positives. It's a hotel with warmth and style, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Linhai!

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, right on Ziyang Street, near Jinshan Mountain, and very close to Rongxiaoguan Restaurant. The manager can even help you get a reservation number in advance. The overall facilities are excellent. The bathroom fixtures are Villeroy & Boch, and the bedding is very comfortable. The amenities are top-notch. You can even see plum blossoms from the window; the view might be even better from the second floor. Upon check-in, you'll receive welcome fruit and snacks, and upon check-out, you'll receive a gift. There's also dessert in the evening, but we didn't try it because we ate too much that night. Breakfast is a Chinese breakfast, including Taizhou-style wheat pancakes, which were quite delicious. Overall, it was fantastic, and I would definitely choose it again next time I come to Linhai.

As a high-end homestay, it is a bit far-fetched. Breakfast for three days was repeated and there was no change. There are too few trash cans in the room and few tissue boxes. The stairs lack reflective signs and night lights, and it is still very dangerous at night and not friendly to the elderly. Needs to be improved. The service staff is still very enthusiastic and hope to improve the quality more and more.

The room should be just installed, clean and comfortable. The proprietress is very simple and kind to people and things, and looks very good to the aunt who works in the kitchen. I lived in on Sunday, the off-season arrived, there was almost no one in the village, very quiet, the next day she took her young son to go out to pick up the courier, and sent us to Xiaozhi Mangrove Forest a few kilometers away for a walk. Dinner is made by the aunt of the hotel, saying that it is the aunt of the village. The cooking is really delicious, home-cooked, not greasy but very tasteful.

The four sisters finally found the right time and wanted to get away from the noisy city atmosphere of Linhai City, so they randomly found a homestay in the mountains to gather. After getting off the car and walking through the stream in front of the door, I felt that I was integrated into the environment of the mountains all of a sudden⛰️⛰️, and my brain was instantly empty💨🥃🥃We brought our own wine (my friend can mix it) and a lot of things. The owner was very enthusiastic to see us partying and let us use the karaoke room for free🎤, and we were happy until 11:30 and then went to bed💤💤 The next morning, when I opened the window, I was healed by the morning air in the mountains. I could go out for a walk along the mountain road. The homestay provides homemade breakfast (homemade noodles🍜🍜, which is too friendly for us who have been drinking all night) and you can do morning exercises with the owner (maybe it was Ba Duan Jin🧍🏻♀️I forgot a little bit), learn tea art🫖🍵, drink tea and chat, and they also provide Hanfu for taking pictures🤳🤳. 😯😯After exploring the homestay, I found that there are bars, tea rooms, karaoke rooms, and game tables. It is very suitable for gatherings, team building, or personal stays! The owners of the B&B are two aunties (they are like sisters in their mentality👧). It feels like this is their retirement life. When choosing this hotel, I saw reviews claiming it was the best in the seaside area, but my overall experience was quite average. Firstly, the parking lot design was extremely flawed. After parking in the underground garage, there was no elevator to the upper floors; we had to carry our luggage up the stairs before we could use the elevator. Since most hotel guests bring suitcases, and we had a child and a stroller with us, this was incredibly inconvenient. I've never stayed in a hotel like this before. The hotel design was also strange. The VIP reception was on the fifth floor, unlike typical hotels where you're greeted in the lobby. Our experience from the parking lot to the fifth floor was unpleasant, and the facilities didn't match the price. Secondly, regarding service, the overall experience was very average. Aside from one staff member at the fifth-floor reception, we barely encountered any hotel staff. We even had to walk to the adjacent reception building for breakfast. The previous night, we stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Shenxianju, where the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. In comparison, our experience at the VIP hotel was a stark contrast, even though the VIP room rate was significantly higher than the DoubleTree by Hilton. A reviewer added us on WeChat the day before check-in, but it was essentially just for recording our license plate. The booking confirmation mentioned a complimentary gift, and reviews also confirmed it was included, but we didn't receive one upon check-out. Regarding the facilities, the hotel is quite old, and some are dated, but the rooms were generally decent. There was welcome fruit upon entry, and a late-night bowl of noodles was served, which tasted good. Overall, this experience was very average. I had high expectations for the hotel based on the reviews, but the actual experience was quite disappointing. For the price, I'm not satisfied with the experience.

Invincible lung washing holy place, the stream at the door, the fir forest, and the small waterfall opposite, live directly in the scenic spot, confirmed that it is my dream. The homestay is an old couple who are taking care of it. There is no service of a brand hotel. It is more casual to live in the house. The facilities are complete. You can also take the kayaking of the homestay to play in the stream. It is simply refreshing. Super suitable for all kinds of gatherings, group building

Very good value for money, great experience, very satisfied, come back next time. The bed is so soft and comfortable, and the shower nozzle can adjust the stalls a lot. The disadvantage is that the smart home is a bit stupid, and the projection is not very good.
