The more I think about it, the angrier I get. What a wasted trip – all that time, energy, and money spent on travel, flights, accommodation, and the worst part is the suffering I endured!!! I honestly haven't often come across a hotel that only has cold air conditioning and no heating. This stay not only broadened my horizons but also brought me the torment of illness.

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.
