The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the airport, with a delicious beef hotpot restaurant right downstairs. What truly stood out was the service: the front desk staff was incredibly considerate. They upgraded our room because they were worried the bar noise might disturb our sleep, and the new room offered fantastic views of planes taking off and landing on the airport runway ✈️. "I booked a room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathtub was round, so if you plan on taking a bath, you'd ideally need a round disposable bath liner. The rectangular ones provided in the room tended to slip easily. The room itself was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the inadequate wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The shower area and the toilet were very close, causing water to easily splash onto the toilet when showering. Even after getting out of the bathtub, the surrounding floor was quite wet. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the location offered convenient access to public transport and was close to tourist attractions. However, the only minor inconvenience was the absence of convenience stores nearby. We had to go further afield or order delivery for water and other essentials. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay."

"Newly renovated hotel, the room layout is reasonable, the space is relatively large, clean and hygienic. The beautiful sister at the front desk has a good service attitude, gentle and cute, and enthusiastically recommended a few places to eat around. Stayed for another day, the cleaning sister was also very good, saw us go out to play, immediately gave us bottled water, I can see that the hotel is doing a good job in service training! It is recommended that the bathroom be equipped with a disposable toilet pad, and now I am used to using it when I travel outside."

"When I got to the hotel and chatted with the boss, I realized that I had met a fellow countryman. The environment was very good, and the boss and the lady boss were very nice. GGuest UserThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

I like the decoration style of the hotel very much, and the hotel is relatively new. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and quickly helped me arrange the room. There was also a treasure box with many practical small items next to it, and they were all free to get, which was great!
The guest room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The smart device Xiaodu in the room also added points. The lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, which is super convenient!
The location is very good, there are restaurants and shopping malls around, and it is not far from the ancient city of Jieyang, so it is very convenient to travel. I really can't find any fault with this stay, and I will choose this hotel next time I come here!

GGuest UserI don't even know where to begin! I've been staying in hotels for many years. Whenever my partner and I travel, we almost always choose well-known or landmark hotels. If you ask me why, I can only say that they generally offer safety, reliability, and excellent service. This was my first time staying in Puning, and the hotel we chose was Yunduo S Hotel. Let me tell you all about it:
Here are my personal recommendations and insights. First off, I booked this hotel through Trip.com. I distinctly remember my partner and I looked at numerous hotels, both expensive and affordable. However, Yunduo S Hotel really stood out to me as offering comprehensive quality, much like a well-rounded product – it truly ticks all the boxes.
Let's start with the service. The attention to detail was impeccable. Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and helpful information. While I wouldn't say I was 'moved' to tears, I was certainly very satisfied. I clearly recall there were some male guests checking in at the same time who were quite rude and complaining loudly. Yet, the front desk staff handled them with remarkable composure and politeness. Seeing this level of professionalism convinced me I had made the right choice in picking this hotel.
As for cleanliness, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best, but it was excellent. The room was very spacious, and every room has a window, making them bright. I really liked the room layout – it wasn't strictly business-oriented, nor was it a themed room; I'd say it offered a very suitable blend of styles. Chatting with a staff member, I learned that the hotel has undergone many positive changes since the new manager arrived, especially in improving room quality and hygiene.
Regarding the facilities and amenities, while they might not be luxury brands, they were of good quality and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and the TV, wardrobe, and shower were all excellent and looked brand new. And speaking of security, I was surprised to see staff members in black uniforms walking around. I learned they were security patrols. This hotel takes security very seriously; I even took photos. Whether or not they were actively doing something, just seeing them made us guests feel much safer and more comfortable.
The breakfast was also quite good. It was a buffet with a wide variety of options, including bread, which I particularly enjoy.
Finally, a word about their laundry service – it was excellent! They helped us wash and dry our clothes and then returned them to us. It was a complete, one-stop service, hahahaha! Seriously, this hotel is doing an amazing job in Puning!

GGuest UserFacilities: How should I put it? This is a renovated old hotel. It looks quite new on the surface, but the facilities are actually quite old. We booked three suites, and some of the toilets were so small that people couldn't get in. The supporting facilities were disproportionate. The sixth and seventh floors of his hotel are also theirs, with a different hotel name, but it's new. We were later moved to the upper floors, which was more comfortable.
Hygiene: OK
Environment: Quite lively. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient.
