Mountain view Hotels in Jieyang

The environment is very good, very good, come often. Service is also very good, very satisfied

The experience was great. The location is excellent, the receptionist was very welcoming, and the service with herbal tea and towels was excellent. Check-in was quick, the facilities were complete, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room had a smart toilet, and the bathroom even had shower music, making it a very relaxing place. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and quiet at night. A sign should be placed at the entrance!

Came to Hepo for a quick trip and stumbled upon this gem of a hotel, truly excellent value for money! Upon checking in, I was greeted by a beautifully decorated room, which instantly created a lovely ambiance. Throughout my stay, I had a few questions and the staff were always patient and helpful, demonstrating a wonderful attitude. The hotel facilities are also impressive, with a gym and a laundry room – a real lifesaver for tackling laundry while traveling. The cleanliness was top-notch too; the room was spotless and smelled fresh. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay and I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here.

I'm growing to love All Seasons hotels more and more. The price is acceptable, the bedding is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. The layout of the shower and toilet is well-designed. There are plenty of bottled water bottles in the room, so there's no need to ask for more. The parking lot is huge with ample spaces, perfect for self-driving tourists. Invoicing is also super convenient; you don't need to add anyone on WeChat. The front desk directly prints a QR code for self-service invoicing. Thumbs up!

Really near railway station but it is far from center town. Can take Didi / taxi everywhere. No speaking english but can chat with wechat with the resepsionist. The resepsionist is really helpful and we got welcome snack. Unexpected the toilet is smart toilet without bidet.

The room is newly opened and very comfortable. The only downside is that the water pump is a bit noisy at night. I book this room every year when I go back to visit my hometown. It's about a ten-minute walk from my hometown, which is quite convenient. I would recommend it.

Very dissatisfied with the service attitude of this stay in Zhongyin. At 2 pm on the day of check-in, I took two 80-year-olds (one of them was in a wheelchair and had just experienced more than 3 hours' drive) to the store, but because the former tenant did not check out, I could not check in. We need rest most in the special situation, without any consideration. Instead of providing solutions (such as arranging temporary rest areas and prioritizing cleaning), the duty manager responded with the indifferent attitude of 'what hotel is like this', which completely violates the basic principle of the hotel industry's' customer-oriented '. In addition, the next day's breakfast not only a single variety, the food is cold, and the supplement is not timely. When we made an opinion on this, the service staff even argued with us, claiming that ”hotel delivery is this.” From the front desk to the restaurant, your hotel's service chain fails all the way, which is greatly damaging to the brand reputation. We, as families, are deeply saddened to have elderly parents experience such a bad experience.

公寓位置好找，衞生更好！入住時發現房間像剛打掃完一樣，所有物品擺放整齊，表面一塵不染。衞生間消毒到位，功夫茶具潔凈如新，這樣的衞生標準值得推薦！

The room facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene management is still up to par. The air conditioner only has heating function but no cooling function in March, which is very inconvenient during the return of the south wind. The sign says ”hot spring” resort, but there is no hot spring water available, which is a bit hard to understand. The natural resources of the entire resort should be very good, and all the service staff are very enthusiastic and attentive, but the overall facilities give people a feeling of being a bit shabby.
