The two ladies at the hotel front desk, Xiao Zheng and Xiao Cai, have good service attitudes and upgraded the room type. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the unique decoration style is full of artistic atmosphere, as if stepping into an art palace. The room is warmly decorated with excellent lighting. When you open the curtains, you can see the beautiful scenery. The public area is clean and tidy, and there is a comfortable lounge area. You can have a cup of coffee and read a book here in your spare time. You don’t want to leave~ The facilities are super complete, and the gym facilities are all available. The equipment is brand new and well maintained. For Baozi who loves sports, he can also sweat as much as he wants during the trip. It’s great

The hotel is in a very good location and is convenient for travel. All facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes good. The lady at the front desk is very patient and answers all questions. The service was warm and thoughtful. The experience of staying in this hotel this time is great, I must give a good review!
I like the decoration style of the hotel very much, and the hotel is relatively new. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and quickly helped me arrange the room. There was also a treasure box with many practical small items next to it, and they were all free to get, which was great!
The guest room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The smart device Xiaodu in the room also added points. The lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, which is super convenient!
The location is very good, there are restaurants and shopping malls around, and it is not far from the ancient city of Jieyang, so it is very convenient to travel. I really can't find any fault with this stay, and I will choose this hotel next time I come here!

I was on a business trip in Jieyang and found this hotel. It is located in the downtown area and is very lively. There are food, drinks and small bars nearby. The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are clean. It is highly recommended.

The last stop in Jieyang, the plane the next morning. This hotel is definitely the best choice. The service is good, the elderly need a lot, the front desk brother and the young lady are patient to help solve it. The big brother who sent the plane in the morning was also very professional and punctual. The hotel is far away, and I took a taxi for half an hour to eat the last punch-in restaurant. The last stop in Jieyang, perfect.

GGuest UserWe travelled with our parents and booked two rooms. As we arrived early, the staff were very kind to arrange early check in . The room was very clean (thanks to the housekeeping ), spacious and provided everything you need . The lobby staff were all so friendly and helpful . They made us feel welcoming . Xi Cheng 夕辰had even WeChat me a list of recommended restaurants. We tried the 万逸福braised goose and 潮汕小厨，both were very good. We are grateful to her for helping us to locate my father-in-laws’s ancestral village also. I think we will stay in Atour for our future visit in China.

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because it offers non-smoking rooms and has positive reviews as a new hotel. The breakfast selection is varied, although they don't provide butter knives for bread and suggest using a spoon or chopsticks instead. On the 3rd floor, there are several mahjong rooms with a lot of smoking and noise. Additionally, the room above mine seemed to be hosting a party, which resulted in significant noise and smoke. The management should address the smoking issue, as it affects the entire hotel's public areas. However, the hotel does offer an all-day coffee and tea corner, which is a nice touch. On a positive note, the hotel staff are all courteous, nice and helpful. Thank you them all

GGuest UserThis hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible for everyone. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities quite flexible eg you can find a non-smoking sign mounted to the wall and an ashtray in every room.
The hotel also features a K-Bar on the sixth floor, which seems to attract many couples and social activities in the evening. Solo travelers often have the chance to befriend one of the numerous friendly women at night, who are very willing to engage in deep talks. In fact, the hotel even rents rooms by the hour, and my second room had clearly been used for this purpose before I checked in. The staff is also very considerate because when I told them about my room neighbors having too much deep talks at night and if they could do something about it, they asked me, their paying customer, instead to move room in the middle of the night - so flexible right? The security guard is also very peace-loving as everything he did was to talk to my drunk deep talking neighbors. They are also very diligent because I only had to run after them 4 times before they refunded me the money for that said night. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the hotel seems to prioritize guest safety and I saw the police escorting an upset spouse away from the reception to maintain the peace.

SSe YungWe are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi.
Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use.
Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space.
There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away.
Highly recommended to everyone.

MmimieThe staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel.
