The security of the parking lot is also very responsible. The room uses a small voice to control the TV, air conditioner, and curtains. It is simple and easy to use. It is very comfortable to live in Chaoshan on May 1st. The only suggestion: The hotel should also improve the details, as shown in Figure 6, the white washbasin is damaged. It is okay to repair it, but does it look ugly with this yellow glue? Use white or transparent glass glue waterproof glue, it will be better after repairing, right?

The staff were professional and were very polite. We asked for late checkout and the request was granted. The rooms were big and clean. We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. Well done Rong Jiang Hotel!

The hotel is in a very good location and is convenient for travel. All facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes good. The lady at the front desk is very patient and answers all questions. The service was warm and thoughtful. I chose several different rooms and was always patient and meticulous in helping with recommendations. I had a very comfortable stay. Come again next time!

The most unfazed thing is that this price of 280 yuan hotel can not give away an extra bottle of water. It felt pretty good, although the price was a bit higher. Because of the small loss!

The service is good, and they are patient with children. They have slippers and toothbrushes for children, as well as high-quality yoghurt for children to drink. They are addicted to it. There is a large parking lot, which is convenient for parking. There are beggars’ dried beans downstairs. There are too many people queuing up, so take them back to the hotel to eat. The room is a bit old, and I feel that European style decoration is easier to wear. There was the sound of decoration at 9 o'clock in the morning, which woke us up. We blame it on sleeping in after we went out to play.

GGuest UserTraveling with cats. First consider pet-friendly hotels. The front desk has a good attitude. After booking, they called to contact me about the cleaning fee of 300 yuan. I said I knew and agreed to collect it. After checking in, the cat was quite used to it and patrolled everywhere. We quickly arranged it to be a comfortable living state for her. We asked for quietness and no odor, and the room we arranged was OK.
There are some small problems. The hotels we stayed in Chaoshan area all have Kung Fu tea sets and single-can single-cong tea. Here, there are only tea sets, but no single-cong tea. I asked the front desk and they said they didn’t have it, but they would give feedback. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules. I asked and they sent it to say that it was missing. There is a cup but no spoon. They said the stirring spoon is not standard. These small details need to be improved, but the service attitude is really good.

WwindyptA very amazing experience. The ladies and handsome guys at the front desk are very warm and friendly, and I feel at home.
The hotel lobby, walk out to the mall, one side is the restaurant, the other side is the bar. After checking in, you can stroll around the bar and get tipsy before having a midnight snack, which is amazing.
The snacks are really delicious, highly recommended. After eating and drinking here, have some white porridge at night, and the snacks are warm.
The room is also very clean, basically up to the standard of Hilton. Well, this is a very satisfactory stay, and I will come again next time.

SSe YungWe are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi.
Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use.
Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space.
There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away.
Highly recommended to everyone.

SSanjoThe place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.
