"The location is so good and the staff is friendly, generous and very helpful. The room is okay. However, I just wanna complain about the free shuttle car. I booked the shuttle car at 6.30. So, I came at the lobby at 6.25 and was waiting outside. Then, another guest of your hotel came to the lobby at 6.30 and sat inside the hotel. Once, the shuttle car arrived we just got in the car but that hotel guest started shouting and yelling to the driver and us. I don't understand what I am wrong and these experiences made me feel uncomfortable. Please set up and improve the shuttle car transport system."

Taxis are readily available for getting around. A taxi to Jinxianmen Ancient City costs around 10+ yuan. Within 100 meters, there are shared e-scooters available from Hello, *******, and Qingju. 2. Facilities: The second floor features a gym, a restaurant, and a laundry room (with 3 all-in-one washer/dryer units, already stocked with detergent, fabric softener, and disinfectant). Breakfast is a buffet that combines Chaoshan morning market specialties (beef noodles,粿条 (guǒtiáo), wontons, etc.) with various other options: lotus leaf sticky rice, something similar to steamed rice rolls, xiao long bao (especially delicious), Chaoshan rice cakes, and Western breakfast items like DIY sandwiches, salads, yogurt, etc. Beverages include juice, soy milk, black tea, and coffee. There are also small cakes, fried spring rolls, and more. Robot delivery service is available for meals and other items. 3. Environment: Upon entering, you're greeted by a sweet orange scent. The lobby on the ground floor has a lounge area offering coffee and juice. The room design is particularly well-thought-out, divided into separate areas for washing, showering, and using the toilet. There's also a table, chairs, and a long bench, perfect for tea and conversation. The aged tangerine peel black tea and white tea from Orange Hotel are especially delicious. The TV is very large and offers a wide variety of channels. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are firm, which suited us well. There's a motion sensor under the bed that automatically illuminates at night. A minor flaw is that when the room lights are set to 50%, the lights in the wash area and toilet turn off, requiring manual switching. However, the light in the wash area shines directly onto the bed. Without this small drawback, it would be a perfect stay."
