"For a hotel that costs more than 400 yuan a night, it's really bad! First of all, they upgraded our room to Building C for free. It was newly renovated and had a very strong smell. Then go back to the front desk and change back to the old building. The restaurant's facilities are outdated, the shower in the bathroom is broken, and the soundproofing is poor. The most uncomfortable thing is that we were assigned a room close to the passage door and the club outside. It was so lively at night that even with the windows closed, we could hear the people singing in the club opposite. Moreover, the floors here are low, with only 3 floors at the highest, so we could hear the people talking downstairs clearly. We called the front desk to report the situation but they only said that there was no room for us to change and they didn't know how to handle it. Later, I asked the manager to help us move to a double room in Building C. It was already past two in the morning. If this was a hotel under 200 it would be fine (I've stayed in hotels under 200 and they were better than this), but for a four-star hotel that costs over 400 a night it's really terrible! And the location is not very convenient. You need to ride a bike to get to the city and tourist attractions."

The concierge service was top-notch; they proactively opened doors, helped with luggage, and asked if I preferred a non-smoking floor. I only stepped out for a short while in the afternoon, and they immediately cleaned the room, replenished the bottled water, and even left some chocolates. The room was quiet and clean, with the classic style of a well-established hotel. I'll definitely be back. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and many great food options are within walking distance."

"A good accommodation experience. This hotel should be newly opened. The rating is not high, but the overall accommodation experience is quite good. The decoration style is very young. It looks very simple at first glance, but after studying it, I found that the lighting in the room is quite rich, and there are several modes that can be used together. The projection on the 3rd floor is quite clear, but it has been too long since I used it. Fortunately, the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I called and came up to teach me. It was too troublesome for them to do it in the middle of the night."

"Traveling to Chaoshan, I journeyed from Chaozhou to Shantou, then to Nanao Island, and finally arrived in Jieyang for a rest. This hotel was the most comfortable, offered the best food, and provided the most convenient lifestyle for my entire family. 1. First off, the staff at the front desk were incredibly responsive. Even with a queue of people checking in, someone immediately came to ask those waiting behind if they needed anything. Big thumbs up to the front desk team. 2. The room was new and smelled lovely. The view was great. After returning from Nanao Island, I had a lot of dirty clothes, and the floor attendant quickly washed and dried them for me; they came back smelling wonderful. The floor staff greeted us with a smile and even asked if we needed extra water. 3. The hotel's location is excellent. Downstairs, there are three coffee shops, a supermarket, and a shopping mall. My kids loved being able to easily go to the movies two nights in a row. It was also super convenient for me to buy watermelon and other fruits at the supermarket. 4. The breakfast quality was also very good. The hotel had many guests, which clearly shows how much everyone enjoys staying here. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jieyang."
