You can send an email to the hotel to check the route (such as dragging a large gip, it is recommended to take the route that takes the sloping road). The hotel's reply is very quick and clear. It was relatively inexpensive compared to other accommodations in the city. I was very satisfied. The staff's service was warm, and the breakfast was great, with cheese tasting. The interior was also nice. The balcony of the guest room is shared with other rooms. Matterhorn is covered by trees, so you can't see it very well from the balcony. However, there is a nice view spot just a short walk from the hotel towards the mountain, which I liked. The sauna can be used from 4:00 p.m. In case of bad weather, it will be opened before 4:00 p.m. It is a place where you can do 90-degree self-loyly, and there is no cold bath, but towels are provided, one shower room, a rest area, a water dispenser, and a toilet in the area. There are no separate changing rooms or lockers for men and women. We each used the clothes rack in the room or the chairs in the rest area, leaving our belongings there. There didn't seem to be any particular rules about wearing swimsuits, and there were both men and women wearing swimsuits. The location is a little far from the main station (about 11 minutes), and if you go through Oberdorfstrasse as per Google Maps, there is a long cobblestone area on the way, so it is difficult to carry a suitcase. However, if you walk along the river (Bachstrasse), which may be a little longer, it is a flat road, so I think it will be a solution.

The location is close to Zermatt Station, and there is no problem dragging two suitcases. The Matterhorn peak is slightly visible, hidden by trees, so it seems good for checking if it is the Golden Horn.

Hotel is clean and comfortable but my swimsuit got stolen. I forgot it in the room upon checkout. 2 hours later I remembered i left it hanging on the door - went back to hotel to retrieve it and staff said they couldn’t find it. 2 days later I called and they still couldn’t find it - so it’s clear it was stolen. I am rather disappointed. Definitely not coming back.

I took my kids to ski. This hotel is close to the main street, but not easy to find. It's in a small alley behind the main street. I arrived at the hotel at night and asked several people but no one knew where it was. I searched for a long time in the snow and ice before I found it. Fortunately, the town is safe. When I entered the hotel, the room key was left in an envelope at the front desk. The entire hotel facility is new and clean. The room is also very comfortable and the breakfast is very rich. I walked out the next day and realized that the hotel is still in the center. But it is still a distance from the ski lift, so I need to take a taxi. It takes less than ten minutes to get there. It's interesting to choose a taxi in the town when I don't know the direction for the first time.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable, and the hot tub had a large water flow and good temperature. The bus station was not far from the hotel, and it was not too tiring to walk there with a board. The rooms facing west could directly see the Matterhorn in the morning, and the rooms facing east could see the eastern part of the town. There were not many varieties of breakfast, but it was quite satisfactory. I brought my own almond cream, which could be washed with water from the coffee machine for making tea. There was no kettle and disposable toothbrush in the room, so I had to bring my own.

Good! Overall recommended! Location is good, need some walking from station but manageable with 1 luggage. Hotel is directly opposite cemetery but don’t think too much and u be fine! Room is small but cozy (my photo is wide angle so seem bigger) Hotel is very helpful to help pack a breakfast bento for me as I be leaving before breakfast hours (just inform the day before). I also managed to keep luggage after checkout at the common area (no lock and key) and retrieve it later.

The staff is very kind and nice. They upgraded me to a larger single room. Single room does not have the mountain view. The staff shows me where I can see Matterhorn with a map which is very clear. The room is also very clean. Love the hotel.

Very good location. Nice view to see Matterhorn. Delicious breakfast. However, no lift and need to bring the luggage to third floor.
