"We are travelers from Korea, and we stayed at this accommodation for 5 nights. The facilities were incredibly clean, and it had everything you could possibly want in a hotel. Although it's a bit far from the old town, they offered free bicycle rentals, which made getting around super convenient. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with two eggs, delicious homemade soy milk, pho, and fruit. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! It's a shame I don't have any photos of the accommodation."

CCsaFeThe hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony.
I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK.
(This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier.
I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle.
Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

Kkeomakara hoengI love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

GGuest UserFirstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

GGuest UserGreat location 1 block from the cable car entrance and town square. The room is big, comfortable and has heating. Shower water was nice and hot. Friendly owner woman was very helpful giving good information about Sapa and making sure I had whatever I needed in the room each day.

CChag3I didn't find the room very clean: hair presence in some places and toilet cuvette badly cleaned. The bathroom has no bathroom, no receptioner, no shower pad, which makes the floor completely wet after use.
To have hot water, it is necessary to activate the heating-water via a switch, which is not indicated.
De plus, sans chauffage à cette période de l'année (février), les serviettes ne sequent pas, ce qui n'est pas agréable.
The room was announced with a window, but it actually comes on the neighbouring room and is covered with tapes. He told me that he had resolved the problem, but I did not see any changes regarding the category “room lit queen size supérieur” that I had reserved.

The next night, I found a hotel with 80 yuan next to it, which is better than this facility. The hotel has more than 240 hotels. The only difference is that I can't see the lake! GGuest UserGreat place, considering it was one of the cheapest options in Sapa. You get what you pay for. So the amenities are not the most clean, as expected from the hostel. Smack dab in the middle of the town, very convenient. Hence the name, haha.
The female dorm has it's own bathroom with the shower, as well as another one on the floor. So there are no lines for the bathroom. Even though it's close to the main road and traffic in Vietnam requires constant honking the room felt really quiet, which is great.
When I checked in there was no one on the reception so the note said to check in, choose the bed and text the owner. Which is very chill. The bedsheets were not the cleanest, with some tissues tucked behind, crumbs and hair, so I tried to choose the cleanest bed. And I would recommend to bring your own tissues/toilet paper, since there wasn't any.
Overall, exactly as expected, convenient location, chill owner.

GGuest UserHad a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.
