"The house is located in a quieter part of Sapa which I much preferred compared to the main town (Sun Plaza) since it is less stimulating and more immersive when you get to learn and experience more local things (a nearby bakery etc.) It is inconvenient in the sense if you want to go to the main town but it is about a 20-25mins walk. When checking in, I found the floor to still be a little dusty but other than that, the room was lovely and as described. Service was impeccable, they will contact you via the Trip app to prepare for your arrival and were generally, super friendly! They helped with our luggages to the room from their reception table and offered to do the same when we were checking out too. My period happened to come too which stained the bedsheets but the lady was super kind and assuring about it. The homestay is quite high up so you get to see a tall view over the 'town' which is even more beautiful during the sunset/sunrise time. The only struggle was the long flight (and uneven) stairs going up to the homestay so for those who may be concerned with this, should reconsider booking the homestay:')
Thank you hosts for the wonderful time, shelter and help!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a really nice experience. The room is super comfortable, and during the cold weather, having an electric blanket was a great plus to keep us warm. They also offer free water refills.
The property has a restaurant where the food is incredibly tasty, with generous portions, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere to satisfy your appetite.
I highly recommend staying here, outside Sapa center, to experience the tranquility of a calm little village. It’s also worth mentioning that there are plenty of places nearby to eat, drink, and visit bakeries.
VViki Naidu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service — Highly Recommended!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier.
I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle.
Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!
CCsaFeThe hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony.
I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK.
(This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)
HhbenedictWe arrived at SA PA early at 4:30 in the morning, so we had to pay 200,000 VND for early check-in. This is the same rule. No problem.
The room was very good, very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, so it is very good.
The problem is that the old model is a water heater. The sputum can be washed for 25 minutes. If the hot water is used up by the previous person, you have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a bath. Otherwise, it is very cold. It is convenient to go anywhere in the hotel. From the hotel point to the hotel, you can see the lake. Then go all the way through the city, then to SA PA station. Go to FansIPAN. There is a SAPA STORY restaurant nearby, and go forward is CAT CAT VILLAGE

Very Good
Kkeomakara hoengI love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.
GGuest UserFirstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

GGuest UserMy trip to SaPa was made perfect by staying at Signature by D Home. The atmosphere here is gentle and cozy, and it photographs beautifully. I particularly loved the evening chill-out area, where you can chat while enjoying the cool mountain air. The service is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff are lovely – overall, it's definitely worth experiencing.
GGuest UserGreat location 1 block from the cable car entrance and town square. The room is big, comfortable and has heating. Shower water was nice and hot. Friendly owner woman was very helpful giving good information about Sapa and making sure I had whatever I needed in the room each day.
GGuest UserHad a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful, warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good, its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo, couples or families.
GGuest UserI used this as a resting spot since my bus was late at night. The location was great and the price was cheap, so I'm very satisfied! It seemed like the staff wasn't available when I checked in, so it was a self-service style where I picked my own bed and messaged them on WhatsApp! It was good because I could check in right away!
