The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

The stay was okay overall, but the experience felt bleak and impersonal. The room was acceptable and served its basic purpose, but there was very little atmosphere or warmth. What stood out most was the lack of customer support online — it was difficult to get help or answers before and during the stay, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It works if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect much support or engagement beyond that.

This new hotel opened early 2024. ..strategic location and all the staff are friendly.. good service they will make sure all is in order... This hotel does not provide breakfast but they have room service for breakfast.. Note~ the breakfast to slow ..

The room was actually comfortable and very well-spaced from my meeting location. Although it wasn't spacious, I didn't think it was as spacious as it was stated in the info. However, I couldn't sleep on my last night because my bed suddenly shifted quite far from its original position. It gave me goosebumps.

This hotel is good if you are traveling in Medan and just need a clean place to stay. The room is small and there is not much room so I could not imagine more than one person to a room. However, there are positives about this hotel. It is in a prime location for an affordable price. There are shops and places to eat close by.

I stayed in room 307 here for two weeks. The bath water is large, warm and very good. The location is also very good, the cafe opposite and the sandy beef on the roadside are delicious, and there is a supermarket next to it to buy things very convenient. The price matches the environment.

Cheap hotel with adequate facilities, you won't be disappointed. Even though it's cheap, it's ok...

Very affordable hotel at 5 usd per day. Room is clean air conditioner strong. Many food and shops around it. Maybe the water not strong in the shower and don't have hot water.
