Hotels with Parking in Medan

The room was quite spacious, the reservation staff were very helpful; unfortunately we don’t get the name of the staffs in charge. Only complaint was the room’s not completely soundproof as one could hear sounds from the room next door. Over all, it was a good accommodation for a quick transit.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, right opposite a Starbucks. However, traffic can be quite congested. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. On a side note, the new spa downstairs is excellent, offering great value for money. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel.

The rooms are clean and there are plenty of facilities for kids to enjoy. The AC is cold, and the cleanliness is excellent. The gym and swimming pool are all very clean.

I recently stayed at Emerald Garden Hotel in Medan for 7 days and 6 nights, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to travel around Medan for food, shopping, and meetings. The hotel environment is quiet and relaxing, which made it suitable for both business and rest. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, keeping everything tidy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which is important in Medan’s warm weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and whenever I needed assistance, the team responded quickly. The breakfast selection was decent, with a mix of local Indonesian dishes and simple international options. It was a good way to start the day before heading out. Facilities like the swimming pool and gym were also available and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant 7-day stay, and I would recommend Emerald Garden Hotel to anyone visiting Medan for business or leisure.

I always choose Ibis Pattimura when I first landed in Medan because mostly I took the late night flight from Kuala Lumpur. The reception was good and overall service was good. But one thing that is always happen is the noises on the corridor (people talking, kids running on the corridor) and its not sound proof and it caused me lack of sleep. Hopefully the management taking action on this matter or the security or housekeeper staff will regularly check the floor to avoid this bothering noise from neighbours room or corridor.  Thank you Trip.com to provide platform to raise voice or small spaces to provide feedback

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite for our 2-night stay in Medan. The bedding was very comfortable, and we had a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The staff were charming, and the breakfast offered a variety of savory and sweet dishes. I highly recommend it 👍

A place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car . About the hotel... Receptionists were friendly and attentive 2 last elevator to reach floor Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot But sad thing... Place is poorly maintained Pillows past their shelf life. Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors .. So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

I had a pleasant one-day stay at Grand Sakura Hotel in Medan. The location is quite convenient, making it easy to get around the city and explore nearby attractions. Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.
