Medan Hotels with Pools

It was quite good, and the staff were all very polite. The breakfast spread was also quite extensive. If I get the chance to visit Medan again, I'd choose to stay here. Currently, there's construction going on on the road in front of the hotel.

The rooms are clean and there are plenty of facilities for kids to enjoy. The AC is cold, and the cleanliness is excellent. The gym and swimming pool are all very clean.

Everything was good, except for one thing: I booked two nights in a smoking room, but on the first night, I was given a non-smoking room. I only got a smoking room on the second night. Also, on the second night, my family and I wanted to use the pool at 7 PM, but we weren't allowed because it was being used for a wedding dinner. Even though the pool is supposed to be an amenity for guests.

I always choose Ibis Pattimura when I first landed in Medan because mostly I took the late night flight from Kuala Lumpur. The reception was good and overall service was good. But one thing that is always happen is the noises on the corridor (people talking, kids running on the corridor) and its not sound proof and it caused me lack of sleep. Hopefully the management taking action on this matter or the security or housekeeper staff will regularly check the floor to avoid this bothering noise from neighbours room or corridor.  Thank you Trip.com to provide platform to raise voice or small spaces to provide feedback

Besides being close to home, this hotel has been renovated and is now much more aesthetic. It has a swimming pool, a gym, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great staycation!

Good. Only thing I wish was the dinner selection would be more authentic Indonesian food with more choices. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

I really loved staying here! The kids enjoyed the room and the views, especially the swimming pool. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the hotel was clean. All the staff were so friendly. It's truly the best! We'll definitely be staying here again.

A place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car . About the hotel... Receptionists were friendly and attentive 2 last elevator to reach floor Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot But sad thing... Place is poorly maintained Pillows past their shelf life. Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors .. So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

Check in take a bit longer. The reception tell me my hotel was cancel. After give him the booking number only get my room. Hotel also provide breakfast.

It's a loud noise upstairs because there's a bar, yeah, yeah, but overall okay
