"Overall, I had a pleasant stay, the room was spacious and clean. However, I waited for about 30 minutes standing at the check in counter before someone assisted me to check in. There were 2 sets of guests in front of me where they were assisted by 2 front office officers. Both of them took so long to complete their check-ins. Luckily after 30 min, another front office officer came out and opened another counter and assisted me on the check in. The breakfast was included but the quality of the foods were not good. I would prefer to opt out of the breakfast if I had a choice. The internet was also not stable."

"Don’t judge the hotel based on how it looks from outside as it might look like a run down building! The room is good, you get what you pay. Breakfast is good, local indonesian breakfast. The best part about this hotel is the staff. They might not be a 5 star hotel (I think) but the hospitality is 5 star! (From the staffs in the entrance area, to the reception counter, restaurants to the cleaning staff!) Kudos to the whole team! The location outside the hotel might be a bit creepy after 10pm to walk around because it’s dark. But don’t worry there’s always at least 2 staffs at the door and if you’re taking e-hailing service you’ll be fine, just don’t walk outside alone."

"As a 5-star hotel, our expectations were quite high, but unfortunately, the experience was somewhat disappointing. While the room was spacious, the overall condition felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The towels provided appeared yellowish, and the mattress was extremely soft, causing it to sink significantly, which affected our sleeping comfort. Communication was also challenging as many of the staff had limited English proficiency. In addition, the breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations in terms of variety and quality. One particularly concerning issue was that the milk served at breakfast tasted sour, suggesting it may have spoiled. We informed the staff, but the feedback did not seem to be taken seriously and no immediate action was observed. Although we only stayed for one night, we believe there are several areas where the hotel could improve, especially considering its 5-star positioning. With upgrades to the facilities, service standards, and food quality, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced."

We were initially given a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, and were told to upgrade with an extra charge as no rooms were available on that floor. It was late at night and cancellation wasn’t possible, so we had to proceed. Unfortunately, the new room also had issues with the air-conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable. After a long day, we just wanted to rest, so we didn’t further complain. Overall, the experience was rather underwhelming and could have been handled better."
