Medan Hotels with Bars

Overall cleanliness is acceptable, although its seem abit old. Its full house on the day we stay so its packed with people, but the staff are very professional and can handle things in haste.

The room that i stayed in (room 431) have a split unit aircond and there’s water dripping from the aircond inside the room. I’ve made a complaint at the front counter but no action was taken. Lunch buffet was nice and cheap, only IDR100,000 per pax

Had a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel! The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

Strategic location, very clean accomodation, friendly and helpfull. Free parking. The downfall was no extra bed as the hotel always full house

IT'S JUST FANTABULOUS EXPERIENCE STAY IN THE PROPERTY HONESTLY. LOCATION JUST BEYOND IMAGINABLE DISTANCE AS WELL AS EASY ACCES TO THE CITY. ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE TO STAY AS WELL AS FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING HOSPITALITY. GOOD MANNER WELL TRAINED STAFFS. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST HAS BEEN SERVED. HAPPY STAY IN THIS HOTEL TQS AND REGARDS

I always choose Ibis Pattimura when I first landed in Medan because mostly I took the late night flight from Kuala Lumpur. The reception was good and overall service was good. But one thing that is always happen is the noises on the corridor (people talking, kids running on the corridor) and its not sound proof and it caused me lack of sleep. Hopefully the management taking action on this matter or the security or housekeeper staff will regularly check the floor to avoid this bothering noise from neighbours room or corridor.  Thank you Trip.com to provide platform to raise voice or small spaces to provide feedback

Excellent hotel, clean and big room, delicious meals, and strategically located.

Hotel is in good location. Staff service was good and the breakfast was good too. However I had a bad experience with their in-hotel massage service. At the end of the massage, she insisted that I tipped her and told me that the price on the flyer was the old price. When I asked what’s the new price, she couldnt answer me. She stood in the room and didn’t want to leave unless I tipped her, saying that the other hotels charge more expensive. I told her the price is already not that cheap. In the end, i gave her a small tip and she finally left. Other than this bad experience, the hotel is quite ok for stay.

Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.
