On our last night, we ran into a bit of trouble — the AC in our room suddenly started making loud noises in the middle of the night. Not exactly ideal when you’re hoping for a peaceful rest. But here’s what impressed me: the hotel staff handled it so well. They responded quickly, offered us a new room without hesitation, and even helped us pack and move our belongings. It’s rare to see that kind of care and attention, especially in the middle of the night. Thanks to their swift action, what could have been a frustrating night turned out to be just a minor hiccup — and we were able to get back to a restful sleep without much trouble. Hotel Design and Amenities The hotel itself is beautifully designed — modern yet inviting. We stayed in one of their Japanese-style rooms, which turned out to be a real highlight. The room had a peaceful Tatami area, adding a lovely touch of authenticity. It felt like stepping into a little corner of Japan — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the Jacuzzi in the room was an amazing bonus — just what we needed to unwind. Ramadan Dining Experience Since we visited during Ramadan, the hotel’s thoughtful approach to accommodating fasting guests was a real plus. Their Sahoor menu was fantastic — delicious, filling, and full of variety. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a satisfying start to our day. In the evenings, their iftar session was another standout. The setup — both indoors and outdoors by the pool — created a relaxed yet festive atmosphere. The menu was well-curated, offering a range of tasty dishes at a reasonable price. To top it off, their lobby café offered complimentary tea, coffee, and small iftar snacks every afternoon — a thoughtful touch that felt incredibly welcoming. Location Being right in the heart of Medan was another big win. Whether you’re exploring the city’s vibrant food scene or heading out for business, the hotel’s central location makes everything easily accessible. Room Cleanliness and Maintenance While the room itself was clean and well-maintained, I felt the bathroom could have used a bit more attention — perhaps a deeper clean to really match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. That said, this was more about my personal preference for spotless surfaces than any major issue. Ambiance and Atmosphere One interesting thing I noticed was that the hotel seemed to attract a well-dressed, elegant crowd — it felt like a place where Medan’s esteemed ladies and gentlemen regularly gathered. There was an air of sophistication that added to the charm. Overall the hotel is good, comfortable Stay. Good Shower Service is good on the Reception. Polite n Helpful staff Ms Safira. Breakfast choice is variety n well Spread. Mostly Local Indonesian Dishes.

So, me and my husband went to medan recently and decided to stay in this hotel for 2 days. I would say that it ws NOT a pleasant stay. There ws this musty smell at the corridor and in the room. The building is not being maintained well, we can say. There ws cricket in the room .*scared the **** of me*. Even from the start, the air cond ws nt cold enough and there ws so weird noise if we decrease the temperature, bt we wr told that its already at its maximum coldness and the noise will goes off in a while. Hahaha. As expected, the air cond ws nt functioning in the middle of the night. Hmmmm... we decided to shift to another hotel the next day. So, please maintain your hotel, guys. 🙏 🙏 🙏

The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. The hotel breakfast was clean and good. However, after checking in, they led me to the building in the back, but the smell in the area was really strong. So, I am not sensitive to such things, so I was satisfied with the various facilities and used them well.

Booked for one night and room is big with bathtub and hotel is opposite delipark mall with lots of shops . Parking is free they will give a paper voucher to show at exit. Breakfast is huge spread and variety.

1st time staying there.. Like the location.. near to Berastagi Supermarket and eatery. Security was top notch. Love the Blue Bird taxi standby .... Front desk is very professional.. Cleanliness of Housekeeping is good and efficient Facility is decent, room for improvement on keeping and maintain the place... Only upset during the stay was the restaurant... Service not top notch to brand name.. Opted for the pre dawn / Sahur breakfast... Very much disappointment on selection, quantity and quality. Top up very late.. n the egg station.. need to let the staff go for training..

Spacious room, clean, good water pressure, located next to main road with shops all around the corner, welcoming customer service…great choice to stay in Medan overall!👍

Old hotel, corridor carpet n room furniture are old n paint drop, room Acon not strong enough, after technician assist, condition a bit better. Good thing is having a small swimming pool, kids enjoying with it.
