Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks.You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were kind and supportive, making the experience even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all essential amenities, including a washing machine and dryer (free). The location was perfect, right in the heart of Zhongyang Street.

I stumbled upon this hotel by accident. After a brief communication with the boss, I placed an order very quickly. The room is spacious and bright. The sunny side is warm and comfortable. It is clean and tidy. The hotel also provides a small refrigerator. My mother was very satisfied and stayed for one more day without hesitation. The boss was straightforward and enthusiastic. You can also extend your luggage before checking out. It was a very satisfactory stay. Happy cooperation🤝

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience as a foreigner who do not speak mandarian. Staff helped a lot. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great decor and great amenities. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to attractions and public transport. Overall, the hospitality and quality of service made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

During the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, it was not easy to find cheap accommodations, so we decided to go to the north of the river as an alternative, and even considering the taxi fare, it was much cheaper than expensive accommodations. Thanks to this, we were able to find a cheap and clean accommodation that was not too far from the Ice and Snow World, and we had fun. It was a hotel with free cancellation, so there was no burden, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so we were happy. The accommodation was warm and had good hot water (this is really important!!! There are so many hotels in China that don't have good hot water...) It was nice that there were 3 of us and the rooms were separated, and the front desk staff were very kind. I don't think I'll go to the Ice and Snow World again if I go to Harbin again, but I really regret this accommodation and the nearby restaurants. ㅎㅎㅎ

Clean and tidy, very convenient location; Opposite is Jin Dongbei, which serves Northeastern cuisine, and downstairs there are barbecues and grills; One day I visited the Red Brick Morning Market, the Flood Control Tower, the Songhua River Carnival, the Saint Sophia Cathedral, and Zhaolin Park; One day I took a taxi to the Siberian Tiger Park and the Ice and Snow World. I couldn't get a taxi at the Ice and Snow World, so I took a bus directly to Central Avenue and walked back. I can come back for lunch at noon. My kids like this big TV very much. It would be even better if the boss could upgrade the toothpaste, toothbrush and bath towels.

The hotel is not far from the exit of Harbin Railway Station, and the location is very good. There are McDonald's and a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is also convenient to take the subway. The room is very clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, there are many TV channels, and the floor heating is super warm. Overall, it is very good. However, the sound insulation is a little worse. Someone checked in at midnight and could be heard very clearly, but it is not a big problem and does not affect sleep.

We arrived around 10.30 pm. The young lady at the reception was so nice to upgrade our room for free as she felt that my child will need more space. Delighted with her generous offer! We enjoyed our one night stay there. Before departing for our high speed train to Yabuli for the skiing via Harbin West Railway Station which is about 400 metres around the road.

Is really nice and clean hotel. I chose the hotel for a long time because there were doubts about the honesty of the reviews. This hotel is really good. Clean good bed linen , there are toothbrushes and shampoos . Comfortable mattress . We were met at the airport at half past midnight . In the morning they were also taken to the airport . The suitcase was helped into the room and taken out of the room. They gave me water. The staff is nice, responsive.
