GGuest UserThis homestay is the most satisfying one of my trips. The home is very clean and tidy, the green plants are maintained with vitality, and the decoration design of the home is also very warm. The supporting facilities are complete and the kitchen supplies are complete. The refrigerator has no smell. Good location, very close to the night market and Xipo distribution center. The boss WeChat reply is also fast. We were fortunate to see the beautiful Changbai Mountain Tianchi and we were very happy.

MM526119****This hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

MM448837****Traveling with my daughter, I was worried about the safety of private car services. When I was looking for a hotel, I saw reviews praising this place's owner for being incredibly warm and helpful with arranging both private and shared car services. The guesthouse itself was also described as very clean and tidy. I booked it without hesitation, and indeed, I was extremely happy with our room. The owners were incredibly attentive and looked after us very well. The next day, I needed to go to South Slope Heavenly Lake and then rush to Erdaobaihe, and both owners arranged everything perfectly for us. We even got lucky and saw Heavenly Lake! My daughter is a huge fan of 'The Lost Tomb' (稻米), and she had an absolutely fantastic time. A great guesthouse with wonderful owners always brings good luck to guests!

BBaiyixiuThis stay was perfect, especially to pay attention to Miss Xu Lei at the front desk. She not only looks kind and friendly, but also has meticulous service and is considerate of guests everywhere. We encountered some thorny problems during our stay. She was completely coordinated as her own business. The sincerity and responsibility were particularly touching.
If the hotel staff can solve the problems for the guests with the attitude of the owner like Xu Lei, how good the experience should be! She is really rare for her to take the guest matter as her own, the comprehensive and proper service level and professionalism, and shows excellent professional potential. Highly recommend to every friend who plans to come to Changbai Mountain! Will definitely choose here next time.
I also want to thank Miss Li Zixin for her enthusiastic help! It is precisely because of their intimate tips and arrangements that we were lucky to catch up with the first Tianchi opening of the year on January 3, 2026 (I heard that it has been closed for more than 20 days). This luck cannot be separated from their efforts.

The best place to stay in Changbai Shanxi Scenic Area. It’s also close to the scenic spots. I rarely write reviews. This is a place I really think is good.
The room was messed up by our things, so I didn’t take any other pictures.

Yyezi3911The most challenging aspect of traveling as a family of three is booking a hotel – finding a triple room that's also conveniently located. We chose Four Seasons Inn after seeing many guest recommendations.
The room featured a traditional Northeastern Chinese kang (heated brick bed), our first time experiencing one. In mid-to-late August, the mountain air was already a bit chilly, but the kang's thick, warm mattress and tightly tucked blankets kept us cozy all night. My family also commented that sleeping on the kang was quite comfortable; its firmness was gentle on the back.
The hotel's most unique feature is that it's directly opposite the West Scenic Area ticket gate – amazing! Just a fence separating them; exiting the hotel leads directly to the ticket queue. Those buying breakfast tickets can sleep in a bit longer.
Dining options are very convenient near the hotel; there are restaurants all around.

GGuest UserThe room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!

AAnonymous UserI went to Changbai Mountain during the 11th holiday. It was good to have such a hotel near the scenic spot. It was clean and hygienic. The key proprietress was very good. Before I came, I communicated by phone and asked to bring more clothes. I learned that we were traveling by car late and left us a parking space. There is a place to eat next to it. The amount is large and affordable. Meet the need to rest during the journey.
