"Highly recommend staying! First of all, it is very close to Xipo. You can go to the ticket check-in place in 5 minutes. The environment of the homestay is much better than the promotional map. The landlord and aunt here are very good. They sent breakfast at the door in the morning. They made it very clean and hygienic. In the afternoon, we left and took the glutinous rice cooked by ourselves. Carpooling is very expensive, and also help us see the bus tickets, a very enthusiastic aunt! Really enjoy it here!"

"First, let me praise it! The environment is superb, clean and hygienic inside, and there's even a swing outside. I even took a picture while eating on the swing (though only one). Most importantly, the owners are incredibly kind. Perhaps because I was traveling alone, the owner's wife not only upgraded my room for free but also helped me arrange a shared ride. Then, when I planned to go to town for dinner in the evening, the owner even offered me a ride. It was truly heartwarming. Guys, go for it!"

GGuest User沒拍照片但是真的是非非非非常滿意的一次住宿！可以説是出去玩住過的酒店裡最好的一家了！！🛏️國慶期間很多酒店預訂後都不支持退款的，但是這家睿柏雲甚至入住當天18:00錢都可以退款，對於搶票結果未知或者突然改變行程的人非常友好；🏨今年9月才開業的酒店，所有設施都非常新，非常乾淨，隔音也很好，完全聽不到外面的聲音，床特別舒服，空間很大，洗漱台也很寬敞放化粧包什麼的完全沒問題，屋裡是智能家居，熱水空調什麼的也沒有出現過任何問題，走廊盡頭可以洗衣服烘衣服；🚄位置就在長白山西站門口，出站100m就到了，雖然在鎮子邊但到鎮子裏吃東西也不遠，就2km左右，打車走路都可以；去西坡集散中心打車也很方便，去玩漂流什麼的可以在小紅書or**買一站式接送的；🍖我們沒住比較著名的萬達度假區or西坡集散中心附近，我們住的位置應該是本地人比較多的地方，沒那麼重的商業氣息，晚上在小鎮裏面瞎溜達很安靜，酒店附近也不嘈雜，但是想點任何外賣都可以點到並且機器人送上來的速度也很快；🫶🫶🫶老闆人超級好！！！我一開始定了一天的高級大床房和3天的豪華大床房（因為第一天高級大床房便宜一百多）我跟她商量可不可以給我第一天和後面幾天的房間安排近一點兒，好搬，她二話沒説就説直接給我第一天的房間升級成豪華大床房；一開始沒注意到酒店離高鐵站那麼麼近，還問老闆能不能接站，老闆甚至都沒説“很近”之類的話，直接答應來接我們，後來我們發現很近才告訴老闆不需要了。總之！！！非常推薦這家睿柏雲，出行前看了一週左右的酒店都快看破防了，要麼太貴，要麼又貴又舊，各種不滿意，這家真的是本次旅行的大亮點之一！！

TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells.
Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good.
Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing!
Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

GGuest UserIt's conveniently located very close to the main tourist hub. However, I wouldn't recommend the food options in the immediate vicinity; they were both overpriced and tasteless. Moreover, I found that booking this exact room on Ctrip was 60 RMB more expensive compared to another booking platform. While the Ctrip booking offered free cancellation, the cheaper option on the other platform was non-refundable. Despite the difference in cancellation policies, the other platform was still significantly cheaper, saving me dozens of yuan.
