"I came to this hotel with my daughter, only because there is access to the pool and they let people in under 18, and there is also parking. Total: parking is paid, access to the pool is by appointment and for money. The unpleasant thing is the smell of chemicals in the room, although it was a suite. But good breakfasts and a view of Aurora and all of St. Petersburg from the Neva. Overall rating 3/10"

"Location: Located in the city center, the location is excellent. Across from St. Petersburg's largest shopping mall, the Glya, is the main train station. The overnight train to Moscow departs here, a 5-minute walk away. Turn left and walk about a hundred meters to Nevsky Prospect. There's also a Yilu Chinese restaurant, owned by a fellow Northeasterner. The food is affordable and I ate there five days in a row. It's much better than the ”Food Republic” on the 5th floor of the mall across the street. Turn right and you'll find a cafe at the intersection. Mixue Bingcheng offers affordable bread and cakes. Turn right again, and there's a small supermarket and pharmacy, making shopping very convenient. Facilities: The room wasn't small—well-equipped and well-maintained. The downside was the small bathroom and a particularly small basin, making it difficult to store items. The room was also interconnecting, with a door to the next room, which was a bit unsettling on our first night. Service: The service was acceptable. One security guard was quite helpful and greeted us in Chinese upon arrival. The front desk was also good, and we were given nesting doll keychains upon check-in and departure, though they were a bit ugly."

"Good location if you need walking distance from Moskovsky railway station. The theater starts with a coat rack, and the hotel - with a reception. The first thing you will meet is a rude, unsmiling, unfriendly receptionist: it feels like you owed him, and our presence became a burden (not a smile, not politeness - complete disgust for this). Room: comfortable room, good equipment (clean bed, good towels, slippers, kitchen equipment, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, iron, hanger, ironing board), - everything is clean and convenient, comfortable for a short stay. Breakfasts: they are there, but not varied (for three breakfasts - the menu was unchanged); breakfasts are implemented on the basis of a Georgian restaurant - you come, say the room number, get 2 dishes to choose from + a drink. You can eat, tasty, but monotonous. Room cleaning: no improvement was done; a lot of garbage in a couple of days; towels were not changed; towels were dried on a built-in electric dryer. For business trips/visits to the city for a couple of days it will do. I recommend it, but with the flaws described above"

I confirmed with the front desk again and again whether the room card was for four days. The front desk guy nodded, but the room card was invalid the next day. I was speechless. The next day, the front desk guy changed shifts again and said that I was in a deluxe room for one day. I showed him the receipt for the three-day room rate difference for upgrading to a deluxe room, and he realized that I had booked four days. It was really unprofessional for two or three front desks to communicate the same thing repeatedly in three shifts! I don’t think this is because their English is poor, but because the internal employees did not hand over well at all and were unreliable."

"The rooms are old and need renovation, it was not comfortable to live in them. The refrigerator is locked, to open it you had to leave a deposit of 5000 rubles, not a problem, but in the end they came and took the entire minibar, then it is not clear why the deposit was needed at all. A very inconvenient scheme, wherever you stay, the minibar is open and you can pay for everything upon check-out. The kettle is in the closet, while there are only two sockets and then near the bedside tables, you had to heat water there and naturally it took up all the space on the nightstand. Another point is the cleaning, on the first day they only made our bed and that's it. They did not take out the trash, the dirty spoon stood on the table and stood there, on the second day they more or less cleaned the room. Of the pluses, I can only note the pleasant staff at the reception and the concierge. Maybe once the hotel was five stars, but not now that's for sure."

Service, cleanliness, service staff - everything is wonderful and good. Special thanks for the fitness room. Not for show, as they say. I especially like it when there is a coffee machine in the room. Yes, a capsule one, but at least you always have coffee at hand. This is very important for me. The room has a good 55' TV, it is convenient to stream your content from your phone to the screen. Well, I was also pleased with the cleaning. The bed is always smoothly made and everything is in order. In a word, I don't really see any alternatives for myself."
