My girlfriend and I stayed here along time ago during the time of COVID in 2021. Back then it was empty with only a few attendees. Now it was bustling and it was packed! I was happy to see that this place was doing well. A popular and great place for families and couples on weekend get away. Shout out to Damon Liu. He took care of my girlfriend and I our entire stay. He even helped me get a cake for my girlfriend since we were there for her birthday celebration! All the staff I interacted with were super nice with incredible service. They even brought us one emergency first aid kit when my girlfriend broke her nail Our room was clean and we were provided with enough amenities for a weekend stay. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were top quality. Super good and worth your money and stomach. Overall great stay! If your a foreigner in Shenzhen, come here and ask for Damon Liu. He speaks proper English and he’s a gentleman. 10/10 will go back soon again.

Their warm and cheerful demeanor was a highlight of the stay. Facilities: 5/10 Unfortunately, the facilities themselves seem a bit dated and not as well-maintained as one might expect from a resort of this caliber. This was particularly concerning when it came to the hygiene and cleanliness, which is an area that requires immediate attention, especially in the kid-friendly facilities. Kid Area: 5/10 The resort does offer a range of kid-friendly facilities, but similar concerns about hygiene and safety arise in these areas. The lack of dedicated supervision or oversight in the kid zones is a notable shortcoming. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff Tina and Arina were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in smooth and provided great recommendations for local spots. Their warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic visit. In addition, aspecial shoutout to the housekeeping ladies, who kept my room spotless and were always so polite and attentive. Their attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Quite an astounding place! The location is beautiful and serene, and the view is amazingly calming. Talk about cleanliness, it’s spick and span! The host is warm and welcoming, and very responsive! I also loved the delicious breakfast and afternoon tea served with some goodies! I’d book this accommodation again, and I highly recommend!

The two receptionists (a man and a woman) at the front desk were very attentive and polite. (I was so happy with my stay that I forgot my name.) They were very happy to assist guests with their needs and were very friendly. The room is very large, with a dining room and living room, giving it a full sense of space! And the room is fully equipped and convenient to use. The breakfast is ok, the location is very good and the environment is quiet. There is a convenience store opposite the gate, which is very convenient. It takes less than five minutes to walk to Sea World! Next time I come back to Shekou, I will stay at this hotel as my first choice!

This is the hotel that has the most reasonable price and peaceful environment during Mayday Holiday in China. The breakfast buffet tastes good too! It is good for staycation since it has both indoor and outdoor pool with sauna, steam and hot pool.

Good place to stay, have gym fully equipped and also can do the laundry next to it, there are some stores near to buy food (burger, chicken, pizza and traditional local food)

The Coli is a huge hotel with open lobbies and large rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. I had a great stay and will return. My only complaint is that the non-smoking policy is not enforced. During my stay I encountered groups of people smoking in the lobby and even inside the elevators. The management should take this policy more seriously.
