入住體驗實在讓人意外——原以為訂的是酒店，到了才發現是老式居民樓改造的房間，完全沒有酒店該有的規範和環境。
房間裏的設施老舊得超乎想象，傢俱像是用了十幾年的舊貨，衞生間狹小，乾濕不分離洗澡都覺得不方便。
更讓人不適的是服務，説什麼訂單是主卧海景大床房.又幫我升級整套海景房，其他的房間保持不動哈~整個套房內公共空間客廳都是我在用，好像我佔了多大便宜一樣，字裡行間透着的陰陽怪氣，比房間的老舊更讓人窩火。
衹能説，與其叫酒店，不如直接標“民居日租”更坦誠些，至少不會讓人抱着期待來，揣着一肚子不快走。

這次和家人一起出來玩選擇了深圳温馨滿屋海景公寓，房間非常乾淨衞生，風景也很好，陽台房間都能看到180℃海景，管家的服務也特別周到，有什麼需求都積極迴應，在這邊住了兩天一晚，非常舒心，性價比非常高，推薦大家入住！

就在南澳第一沙灘旁邊，出門就是沙灘入口，兩室一廳，四張單人床，一張雙層床，兩家7口也不覺得擁擠，可以做飯，相當不錯👍
