I recently stayed at your property and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I feel it is important to share this feedback so that appropriate actions can be taken to prevent future guests from going through the same. The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay, which left my legs red, itchy, and visibly swollen. This is not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable for any accommodation standard. It was my first time experiencing bed bug bites, and it left a very bad impression of my stay in China. Additionally, the room appeared very old and poorly maintained. The water pressure in the toilet was weak, making it difficult to use properly. There was also a persistent bad smell in the room, similar to smoke and sewage, which made the environment even more unpleasant. I sincerely hope that your hotel management takes this issue seriously and performs a thorough inspection of the room. Proper cleaning, pest control, and maintenance are essential to ensure the comfort and safety of future guests. Thank you for your attention, and I hope you will take the necessary precautions to improve the room conditions.

This place is incredibly convenient for getting around and reaching my destinations. I even found a self-service machine for Hong Kong/Macau travel permits nearby. I ended up extending my stay for a few days and took a day trip to Hong Kong. The hotel's proximity to both Shenzhen North Station and Futian Port made it extremely convenient for this. The room facilities were quite comprehensive, and the room itself was clean and tidy. I also noticed quite a few long-term guests staying, which speaks to its suitability for longer visits. I was a bit rushed when checking out and didn't have time to inquire about anything, but I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Facilities: Comprehensive

Facilities: Excellent. I chose this hotel for a business trip. I had checked its location online, and it looked quite good. The hotel is conveniently located near a food street, which I really appreciated. Public transport is also very convenient, with a subway station right downstairs, making it extremely easy to get around. The in-room amenities were very modern. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It’s literally across the road from Shenzhen Sports Centre and very convenient if you’re there to attend a concert like I was. Subway station is a few meters away from the hotel. The hotel itself is spacious, and works has a good range of amenities including a washing machine and washing detergent. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it works for a number of reasons. There are a few eateries and supermarkets around and Luckin Coffee across the street. The staff at reception very polite and caring and offer follow up service to ensure we’re comfortable.i want to highlight 张 who is a breath of fresh air. She even gave us a choice of when we want our room cleaned which was very convenient and we didn’t feel rushed. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and closes at 9:30 so be sure to be up early if you want to eat. All in all a decent place.

Photos shown are not an accurate reflection of the condition of the room. It was generally clean but based on the cracks and stains, you can tell it’s an old building and an old room. So that definitely tarnishes the impression and stay. Note that the hotel seems to be used concurrently as an apartment for other locals. Service overall is good nonetheless. Breakfast is very basic. Nothing special.

Room just like in the picture, but look like it’s mixed with some permanent resident. Breakfast not too many choice but is ok. The location is might be confusing if you take taxi because the taxi driver will drop you off at the old building behind the hotel, and you might feel disappointed when you see because it look old and scary Lol. But just look for a hotel sign and walk about 30 m. You will see the hotel and it is looking good. If you traveling by the Metro, hotel just above of the station.

Bagualing station (Exit E). Just one minute away. We got the 2 bedroom apt and it was really spacious and cozy. The receptionist was rly kind, we needed help to order food coz we don't read/speak chinese and she was v patient and helped us w everything!!

Had a pleasant stay here! The location is very close to Bagualing station (exit E) and the access is luggage friendly as we brought 3 big luggages. The receptionists were all friendly. Despite not being able to speak English they still tried to communicate and helped me using translator. They even taught me how to activate my WeChat pay patiently. The room itself was clean and properly equipped with useful amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, toiletries. We had a good rest and eventho sometimes there was water noises upstairs, it did not bother much. Overall this hotel was worth the price and would recommend people to stay here if you’re visiting ShenZhen!

The hotel is very near to the train station and it’s easy to commute. The front desk is helpful. Just the air conditioning has smoke smell.

Very near to Bagualing station less than 100m to hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room are clean and can request for daily housekeeping.

The location of this apartment is excellent, but its condition is poor: old furniture, in need of a good coat of paint, considerable maintenance, and the kitchen has no items for cooking. When we asked for a frying pan and a pot, they told us to buy whatever we needed ourselves. No comments. The kitchen has nothing at all—not even some glasses, a frying pan, or the bare minimum. So, having a kitchen is quite useless if you can’t actually use it. The rooms are small, without windows, so there is no outside ventilation. Also the living room looks bigger that it actually is, in the pictures,  The living room window, besides being small, is completely covered with a kind of worn plastic film, which gives the feeling of a bunker and total darkness. You have to keep the lights on all the time, and there’s no view to the outside. I would recommend it beyond the location. I think there are many options in Shenzhen that are cheaper, with better finishes and much higher comfort for the price.

Spacious, perfect for a family. Location is quite convenient too. The Metro is right next to the hotel. But the facilities and amenities are quite old and some rooms have previously been occupied by smokers (burn marks on tables and floors).

Next to metro station, but lack of dinning option. There is a small supermarket. The hotel provide basic breakfast, I am do happy that the staff upgrade my room. I stay for 3 days.

As described. It has everything you need. Easy to access, close to metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pleasant stay!
