Good for this price with a clean room and excellent breakfast.

Check-in was hasslefree with the use of self-service counter. Breakfast spread was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Spacious toilet but didn't have any photo of it. Room was just like the photos they posted.

The hotel building is clean and my stay there was comfortable. The staffs there are very nice. Free baggage storage service is available.

Lovely little hotel in Bergen, right near the ferry terminal, decent sized room, didn't get to use the table tennis table or darts but wish we had. Good breakfast buffet

Comfort Hotel is a gem - from the superb friendly reception to the delicious Scandinavian breakfast to the location opposite Bryggen. For Hurtigruten or Havila voyage travellers, its a 10 min walk over residential houses behind the hotel … but its mostly uphill stone paths so if your luggage doesnt permit, its a Nok 100 taxi away. We were checking out on Sunday for the cruise, they allowed us a lazy sunday late checkout and we left at 4 pm. The front desk staff were excellent friendly and professional. Rooms are small and basic but well appointed. I cant find anything bad to say.

The room is small and the facilities are simple. The style is a bit like a youth hostel. It is a bit far from public transportation, about 800m away, and the road is all stone, so it is not easy to walk with a big suitcase.

The front desk service attitude is very good. It is also very convenient to send luggage through Norway Miniature, and you can pick it up at your door. It is very convenient to go to major attractions, walking distance, close to the cable car, a very good choice.

The service staff are friendly and kind. The room is spacious and the breakfast is pretty good. The location is moderate, about 15 minutes' walk from the city center and various attractions. There are also several supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very close to the pier, where some yachts and sightseeing boats dock. Walking towards the opposite side is the Bryggen Chalet Pier, and further up there is the Floyen Mountain Observation Deck, where you can take the cable car to enjoy the scenery. Bergen is a rainy city, but it was sunny during the two days we were there. We could stroll around the surrounding alleys, and it felt very much like a mountain city. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and specially told me that I came from a very far away country and welcomed us. There is a fish market next to the pier where you can taste fresh seafood, which seems to be not cheap. We packed a portion of sweet shrimps and salmon back to the hotel, and we can also buy semi-finished products at a nearby supermarket.

The room is very good, the space is a bit larger than the Radisson Hotel, the breakfast is also great, and the luggage can be stored. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station in Norway in miniature. The port is just in front, and you can see the colorful houses opposite on a clear day.

It's a little far from the scenic spot, about 1 kilometer away. The room facilities are good in all aspects, and the service attitude is also very good. The only drawback is that it is indeed a little far from the transportation hub.
