For our trip to Kashgar, we specifically chose Moshang Qingju Hotel on Jiulong Street, and it certainly didn't disappoint! From check-in to check-out, the wonderful front desk staff offered us warm chrysanthemum tea – such a comforting and thoughtful touch! They even upgraded our room to one with abundant natural light, which made us very happy! The bedding was impeccably clean and tidy, and the toiletries were excellent. The stylishly designed restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor. It's spacious, and the food was delicious. We highly recommend the millet porridge and naan bread; the breakfast spread offered an incredibly rich and varied selection! The hotel's location is superb: it's just a short walk to the East Gate of the Old City, and the 'Meet Kashgar' performance venue is directly opposite. Kunlun Tower is practically next door. With many small shops nearby, daily conveniences are easily met. Kashgar is a charming city, and Moshang Qingju Hotel truly left a deep impression on us. Rahmet! Hosh! We'll always cherish our memories here!!!

I stayed at Moshang Hotel during a recent business trip, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I've ever had! As soon as I walked into the lobby, the front desk staff warmly greeted me, and with a big smile, helped me check in. They even thoughtfully recommended some great local restaurants nearby. Upon entering my room, the bed was neatly made, all the amenities were perfectly arranged, and the bathroom was spotless and odor-free. It was incredibly comfortable. The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the spread was extensive and delicious. While I was eating, I suddenly realized I had forgotten my phone. I was just about to get up and go back to my room to retrieve it, when a lovely staff member came over and said she had found my phone near the elevators. She even brought it directly to me! This was a huge help, and I was so incredibly grateful to her. Every aspect of my stay at this hotel made me feel secure and cared for. Next time I'm here on business, I'll definitely be staying again!

They also offer a free airport drop-off service, and the driver was exceptionally helpful and even assisted with our luggage. What truly stands out is the hotel's fantastic location – the East Gate of the scenic area is just across the street, making it ideal to catch the morning opening ceremony right after breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We brought our family to Kashgar, and choosing it was such a brilliant decision. Its location is superb, incredibly close to the heart of the Old City, making it easy for both the elderly and children to explore without getting tired. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. During check-in, they not only helped us with our luggage but also gave us valuable tips for exploring the Old City night market in the evening. That was incredibly considerate! Our room was spacious, and the facilities felt new. It was very comfortable with the air conditioning on at night. To top it off, they even gave us a small souvenir upon check-out, which was such a warm and touching gesture. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashgar!

This is my ideal room! The room is beautiful, with a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. It boasts excellent natural light and ventilation. There's a cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea and watching TV. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. The ancient city is right on its doorstep, and transportation is super convenient. The overall experience was absolutely top-notch! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurants they recommended were excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the laundry facilities were convenient and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard, but its proximity to the ancient city is a huge plus. The East Gate is just a short walk across the street, making it incredibly convenient for catching the opening ceremony and dining. The hotel also provides complimentary traditional outfits for guests to take photos in. They were so stunning that they even caught the eye of a police officer when I was taking photos in the ancient city! What's more, I later found out the hotel dry-cleans all the outfits before displaying them for the next guest, which is fantastic!

There was an exposed electrical wire inexplicably sticking out of the bathroom floor. Unsure if it was live, I dared not take a shower. When I informed the front desk, they also claimed not to know what to do. As it was already late at night when we checked in, only a security guard was left on duty. I was forced to skip my shower. The next day, there was still no formal response, and even now, I still haven't received any follow-up. Traveling with my child, I asked for an extra blanket the following evening, only to be met with a blunt two-word reply from the night staff: 'None.' Furious, I threatened to call Ctrip to complain, which finally prompted them to send the security guard to check the storeroom for extra blankets, but they still came up empty. I then suggested taking a blanket from an unoccupied room, but the attendant refused, worried about potential late-night check-ins – and it was already past 2 AM! Goodbye! I will absolutely never return!

I had a pleasant stay at MoShang QingJu in Northern Xinjiang last year. So, when I came to Kashi this time, I decided to book it again without hesitation. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is conveniently located directly across from the Old City, making it just a short walk away. The hotel itself features a charming Chinese style and is spotlessly clean. A major plus was how incredibly comfortable the beds were, and the breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Parking is available directly outside, though it's first-come, first-served, so it's best to arrive early to secure a spot. The room was a decent size and very comfortable. Most importantly, it's not far from the ancient town, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The dining options near the hotel also offered great value for money; if you didn't want to venture far, you could just eat next door. Plus, there's a small convenience store downstairs with very reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Very well located near the Kashi ancient city with many restaurants and shops around. The Chinese-style room was well decorated. The breakfast is delicious but it starts at 8:30am so it could be late for people who have to join a group tour. Convenient airport pickup/drop off services.

Good location

Location is excellent and very close to the Ancient City of Kashi and other popular tourist attractions. The area caters to tourists and offers a lot of amenities. Breakfast was decent and the beef noodles soup was prepared very well. The room was not cleaned everyday and we kept asking for the services.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - even before my accident they went out of their way in helping me in a warm. friendly manner, in spite of our language difference. I fell and broke my upper arm in the dark at 10pm and the help I received from the hotel management, front desk and security was exceptional - a large contingent took me to Kashi A&E and waited with me for treatment - this was at 02:00. At 06:00 the manager and security guard - who also helped me pack - drove me to Kashi airport and checked me in for my flight. They all went well beyond what could be expected.

Great value for money. Very friendly staff. Comfy beds and quiet!
