The acomodation its 15 minutes driving to the center but still its good to be far away from the noise of the city. The bed and the shower are ok, and the resort its nice and Quiet.

I am chiang rai resort is a very best for staying because of its location and services.

Build a bit old, the 1st room design is different from other room. Overall are ok.

The room is not clean 😕

Nice and large room. Service could be better (couldn't get even an instant coffee within 20min).

Good location quite near to the white temple. The room we book is quite huge.

Great place for stay couple of days

The room was amazing, bed was extra comfy. People were welcoming and friendly. If you like walking, it is a bit of a distance from Central Chiang Rai; however I was mainly travelling by taxi, and it was ok, not expensive at all. Highly recommend!

It was great experience. Apartment was so clean and comfortable. Price was very cheap. Staff friendly, during booking I made a mistake, chosen wrong data, but they resolve this problem. I recommend this place!

Booked a room through the app, got a discount of over a hundred baht from the original stay without booking through the app. The room was a superior room, spacious, had a refrigerator, air conditioning, 1 large bed, clothes hangers, a dressing mirror, and a TV but it didn't work. Before I could sleep, I had to change rooms because the toilet flush didn't have strong water pressure. The first flush didn't have strong water pressure. I had to wait a long time for the next time, so I asked to change rooms. The staff at the counter provided good service and changed the room immediately.

When I went in, I was a bit confused. I didn't know where to check in. Then someone came up to ask (probably the owner) and asked which app I booked and which room. I answered and then they shouted and asked if this room was available. Then they let me in. I went in confused and asked the person who opened the room what time I could check out. They said around 10-10.30 AM, which I thought was really early because I went to count down and came back at 1-2 AM. By the time I finished everything, it was already 3 AM. When I was about to go back, I talked to my boyfriend about whether the lobby on the opposite side should be there or not, so I tried to look, but no one was there. I was confused again, so I stood there and waited. Then someone came up to ask if I was checking out, and I returned the key. Overall, it was good, but there should be someone on duty so that customers can ask questions and extend the check-out time. I understand that I have to hurry to clean up to welcome the next customer, but I was in too much of a hurry. That's all for now. Thank you. 😊
