Pullman Properties in Shanghai

Five stars, hands down, for this business stay. The hotel's location is a huge plus, making it super convenient to get around for work. My room offered great privacy and soundproofing, so I could focus on tasks and also get some much-needed rest. The entire place was spotless, and the housekeeping service was prompt and thoughtful. The high-speed internet worked flawlessly, making online work a breeze. The front desk staff were efficient and polite, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's truly an excellent choice for business travelers.

I highly recommend the Pullman Shanghai Jing An. My stay in the Deluxe King Room was perfect, deserving a full five-star rating. The hotel is located in the heart of Jing An, within walking distance of the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get to major commercial areas. The room was spacious and elegant, the bed soft and comfortable, and the entire room was spotlessly clean with excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The overall ambiance is light luxury and grand, making it perfectly suited for business or leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Traveling to Shanghai this time, my train ticket was to Shanghai South Station. After getting off the train, I searched for the closest hotel to the station, which was Zhongxing. It was a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The staff upgraded my room when possible and even prepared a new product for me. My takeout order was also delivered directly to my room. All the staff at check-in were fantastic, especially Xiao Yin, Xiao Tan, Xiao Zhao, and Xiao Zhu – they were all excellent!

Upon check-in, the front desk saw we had elderly and children with us, and even upgraded our room for free! The room had everything we needed, and the most pleasant surprise was a yoga mat. As someone who regularly practices yoga and stands Qigong postures, this was incredibly thoughtful – I loved it! 😍 The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. Since it was a last-minute stay during the winter break, I didn't bring my swimming gear, so I couldn't try out the pool. Guess I'll have to save that for next time!
