Shanghai Hotels with Pools

I am very happy with my first stay in Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Premier Twin room was very new and clean. Location was good as Nanjing Road pedestrian mall was behind and a few minutes walk to People Square metro station. Good breakfast buffet spread with chinese and western selection. There is a chinese restaurant adjoining the hotel called Sunya and it serves good dim sum and chinese food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The facilities were top-notch, and every aspect of my stay was truly enjoyable. However, what made my stay particularly memorable was the exceptional service provided by your front desk staff member, Yuki. Yuki's warm welcome, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference in my overall experience. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor ensured that I felt valued and well-cared for throughout my stay. This is the third times I came to Shanghai. So far this is the Best Hotel and Location.

I was surprised with the services and attitude of the people. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Smiling faces all the day and I felt so warm~ MOST IMPORTANT , the LOCATION is so so so NICE！ 南京步行街 is just 3 minutes walk away. all the famous shopping mall and stores like M&M, KINISO, POP MART are all not more than 15 minutes walk away. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION is around 5 minutes away as well.

My recent stay at your esteemed hotel once again exceeded my expectations, and I felt welcomed, valued, and truly at home. From the moment I arrived, the Guest Services Department team impressed me with their warm smiles, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for every guest. I would like to especially commend Mr. Jiang Pei Liang, Ms. Ma Simin, and Mr. Zhang Yuanyuan for their exceptional professionalism and meticulous care. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate my needs ensured I fully utilized and enjoyed all the facilities your hotel has to offer, making my stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. Additionally, the team assisting with my luggage demonstrated unmatched proactivity, courtesy, and efficiency. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wang Ji and Mr. Zeng Zheng Hao, whose exemplary service truly stood out. They not only ensured my belongings were handled with great care but also addressed all my queries thoughtfully and thoroughly. Their outstanding performance made me feel the genuine warmth and care that define your hotel’s exceptional hospitality. The collective efforts of your team reflect an extraordinary commitment to delivering top-tier service. Their professionalism, sincerity, and smiles have left a lasting impression on me, and I can confidently say this is the best service I have ever experienced. One of my favorite hotels in Shanghai is Pullman Shanghai Jingan. I visited Shanghai three times in 2024 and stayed in various hotels, including both local accommodations and international hotel chains. I would say that Pullman Shanghai Jingan is ideally located for travelers who commute by train and want to stay in the heart of the city while avoiding the crowds of Nanjing Road. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. This is a 5-star hotel, and it truly lives up to its rating. As for the amenities, you need to request them at the front desk. Once requested, they are promptly provided. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit China again.

During our stay at the Shanghai Kempinski, the hotel staff May Xiong & Billy Du both went above and beyond expectation. They would always greet us and ensured that our experience felt just like home. From the moment we checked in, every member of the front desk was welcoming and responded really quickly to all our inquiry’s or requests. The housekeeping team did an amazing job of keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the extra care they put into making sure everything was perfect. Overall, I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel during my visit in Shanghai. Hotel is at a good location, close to metro and the bund. Walkable distance to food areas and shuttle to the airport. There’s also a kitchen where you can cook if you want some clean food at home. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay truly memorable. We will definitely bring our kids back again! Jennifer

Hotel was clean and sheets were extremely comfortable. Room air conditioner was cold and working well (unlike other hotels in china with controlled temperatures) which I really appreciated. Room cleaning service is great! View of the bund is wonderful, though I was only able to see the Oriental Pearl Tower as the rest of the major towers are blocked by the building right infront of the window. Privacy might be an issue as people in the opposite buildings could look right into my room and bathroom, especially at night with my room lights on. I could also clearly see whatever was going on in the opposite buildings if their curtains were not closed. That is a pity considering the large windows the hotel room had to offer, as the view is mostly blocked by buildings right infront. Though you can walk to Nanjing Road, cycling is more convenient and if thats not what you want to do, the walk may be a little far if you want to go there often. You can also walk to The Bund. Nearest metro station is Yuyuan Garden which is about a 15-20min stroll away. Overall a really good stay despite the privacy issue, if you dont mind that then this is a good choice if you would like to be further away from the hustle and bustle.

The breakfast is awesome , has a good spread. When you order for food delivery, you have to go to food collection storage outside the hotel to collect, the hotel will not send your food to your room. The location is good, very convenient to travel around.

Great welcome by the concierge that helped with my luggage. When I got to the reception, a young lady named Chancy Li helped me to arrange a nice room which I asked for and was very friendly. The room was comfortable and cleanliness was perfect. I like the coffee and tea selection in the room. Also the Christmas tree and decoration in the lobby is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

I had an amazing stay following an intense week. Very stylish interior and love the room, especially the decor and functionally of their furniture design. Hotel is very close proximity to TaiKooHui shopping mall and West Nanjing Road. Would recommend to others if you’re seeking tasteful hotel with convenience.
