The hotel has convenient parking. Panpan at the front desk helped us upgrade the room. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the sound insulation is good, it does not affect sleep, and the air conditioner uses a remote control which is very convenient to use. It is close to Huashan Hospital and is convenient to go out.

Excellent location right on Nanjng walking Street and 2 buildings away from Peace Hotel, but not noisy as street noise are blocked by the double windows. No view of the Bund but only a 3 mins walk from the Bund. Down side for location is that any car pick up needs to walk around 2 mins to the street corner. Great b’fst selection with Chinese & Western option buffet, different coffee tea milk juice, etc. Staff are super friendly and courteous, late check out till 1 pm is always given if you ask. Pillows are on the soft & flat side so you might want to ask for harder pillow, free bottle water at each floor’s lift lobby take all you can drink.

An excellent hotel: excellent location (3 minutes walking distance to the metro station, LU-ONE shopping mall, and many restaurants, 15 minutes walking distance to Xintiandi, Fuxing Plaza etc.), great staff everywhere, wonderful jazzy design… Clean and quite room, wonderful breakfast… Recommend highly to stay at this hotel.

The overall facilities are OK and there is no major problem. We were not picky about the accommodation, but we have to say that the stay was uncomfortable. One is that the smell is really unpleasant, but it can be tolerated. The second is that the sound insulation is very poor. The snoring next door made us unable to sleep in the middle of the night, and some girls talked loudly in the middle of the night, which caused headaches. The third is to stay for two days and only give toothpaste for one day, and call to say that it will be delivered immediately, but it has not been delivered the next day. In general, if there is no better choice, you can still choose. The attitude of the front desk is good, it is very close to the subway entrance, and the location is not in the busy city, but it is clean.

The room was spacious and clean the views were also nice at night! The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices and was delicious! I I'll definitely return!

Traveling with four young children and an elderly family member, we appreciated the staff’s helpfulness—especially during an unexpected aircon maintenance issue, which was handled professionally by Manager Chloe Yan. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. While the vintage-style hotel only has stairs to the lobby, the staff kindly helped us carry our strollers. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant and well-serviced stay.
