Hotels in Yu Garden Area, Shanghai

Our five nights stay is fantastic and has exceeded our expectations. Shoutout and special thanks to Vita who has looked into our feedback immediately & gone the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The complimentary dessert provided by hotel is superb!

Very clean and well maintained hotel was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is 1minute walk from the nearest subway station and is in a central part of Shanghai close to all the tourist activities. The morning breakfast service had good variety and selection of food catering to the preferences of all age groups. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay specifically the two receptionists 南星 and 若曦. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Shanghai on holiday or business trip.

I recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had a small issue with my room, but they quickly offered me another one, dispite of my booking being wrong. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Everything was fresh, from the linens to the bathroom, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay.The service was top-notch. The staff always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and the restaurant staff was quick and polite. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be back for sure!

They are located in 2 different buildings. I was put in another building. The room is SMALL. I was very shocked to see the size, I think they have added the loft space and the bottom space together to give the sqm2. There is no TV inside the room and the wifi is super bad. Iiterally there is no internet at all throughout the whole stay. But the good thing is that they offer washing machine and dryer on level 3 and 5 at the common area. Not bad!

It depends on what type of services you need. The room that I had booked had poor sound insulation , I can hear what the other room is talking about and even the intimate part. The underground train that passes by every 3-5min early in the morning will actually cost slightly vibration and sound as well. My advise is that those who are light sleeper to avoid this hotel. However the room is very clean and projector tv is a plus point

The room was newly renovated and the location is extremely convenient (right on top of Line 8/10 subway station), but it is too loud as it is right off of a very busy intersection. I would not stay again.

Definitely one of the easy area to walk from. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. They are willingly to help us upgrade to bigger room. We love how easy to go to 城隍庙! Would definitely come back to stay here again when I ever visit Shanghai. Also it’s really walking distance to metro and The Bund!

Hotel is clean, quite bear to city center and attractions. Service is very good - i had trouble navigating with Chinese payment systems and the front desk staff is very helpful to help me solve it (the extra mile they go through, appreciate it so much!)

Very very very very very satisfied, the hotel is very new and good, knowing that I have a slight obsession with cleanliness, they specially disinfected it again in advance, it is very very very very clean, the paper products are all Vinda, thick, although there are not many types of breakfast, the noodles and wontons are delicious The takeaway is delivered directly to the floor, the TV can be projected, the service staff are polite and smiling, and a brother even explained to me that the hotel is small and there is no dedicated concierge, and he ran to help me with my luggage The room size and layout are very good, the black and white color scheme of the bathroom is very high-end, the sofa is also very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable, and the drinks in the minibar are enough In terms of location, it is quiet in the hustle and bustle, facing the street and not noisy at all, it is very convenient to walk to Xintiandi, and food, drinks and entertainment within three kilometers are fully satisfied It is really a hotel that I will stay in next time

This hotel is really impressive! From the service to the facilities, everything is of unparalleled quality. The front desk staff was warm and attentive, helping me check in quickly, which left me with a warm first impression. The room was well-furnished, very clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The hotel's catering service is particularly worth mentioning. The breakfast is rich and delicious, satisfying all my taste needs. All in all, this stay was extremely pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend it to all my friends who come to Shanghai. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable and high-quality place to stay, this is definitely the first choice.
