Good hotel with an excellent location The hotel has a great location, right next to Cloud 9 Shopping Mall, with a wide choice of good quality restaurants, shops and other facilities nearby. It is also very convenient for the subway and other transportation, with taxis readily available. As a four star plus international hotel, some services are priced according to international hotel rates, but overall it is still convenient and offers a good standard of service. The Sky Bar is excellent, especially at night, and offers a great view of Shanghai. It is definitely worth visiting in the evening. Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport Terminal 2 is relatively close. Depending on traffic, the journey can take around 45 minutes to an hour, although in the morning it can be as quick as 20 to 30 minutes. The staff are very polite and speak English, which makes communication easy. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although they are a little dated compared with some of the newer hotels in China. The hotel also feels very secure. China has some impressive modern hotels now, including hotels offering extensive AI assisted services, so this hotel may not feel as futuristic as some newer properties. However, for location, cleanliness, service, security and convenience, it is a good hotel overall and a comfortable base for exploring Shanghai.

Traveling to Shanghai, I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Exit 8 of Jiangsu Road Metro Station. It's just a short walk from the exit, with convenient transfers to Lines 2 and 11, making it smooth to visit attractions like Jing'an Temple, Yuyuan Road, and Zhongshan Park. The room was generally clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning adjusted quickly, and the hot water was ample and stable. WiFi was available throughout the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was quiet with the windows closed, allowing for a peaceful rest after a day of sightseeing. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the free luggage storage was very practical. The surrounding streets are full of cafes and snack shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping. For a downtown location, it offers great value for money, making it a very suitable place to stay when visiting Shanghai.

Overall, the value for money is excellent. For this location, the room is spacious and well-equipped. The service is great, and it's clean and hygienic. All in all, it's pretty good. I've stayed here several times, and it's convenient for getting around, not too far from anything. Definitely recommended.

Excellent location, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed – small, charming, and very refined. Right outside is Yuyuan Road, offering a fantastic variety of Shanghai's best food, drinks, and artsy spots, all at reasonable prices. Oh, and the restaurant/bar on the second floor is great too!

My daughter's post-college entrance exam trip. I booked this hotel on Trip.com, specifically the Bridge's Secret room facing the Suzhou River. After staying for one night, I realized the view of the river was completely blocked by trees, which was quite disappointing. However, the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and upgraded us for free to room 207. The remaining three nights were absolutely wonderful! We truly felt the hotel's thoughtful service everywhere we went – from the cooling mung bean soup upon check-in to the sun umbrellas for our outings, and a fridge fully stocked with drinks. They were always ready to assist, making it feel like home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Shanghai. It's super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and dining, with the subway just about a 6-minute walk away. All in all, a five-star review, highly recommended!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and this was my first stay. I loved the mirrors in the elevator! 🥰 The room was quiet, and the front desk service was superb – they even sent me a birthday cake. What a happy day! It was so blissful to stay in the room during the rain, enjoying takeout and a face mask. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the location is excellent. I even went downstairs to get milk two days in a row! My mom thinks the hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, which truly takes skill. I especially loved the beautiful cushions on the sofa in the room. The gym reception staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. I love everything about this hotel.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were super welcoming. The breakfast had a great variety too! The hotel's location is excellent, right by Suzhou Creek and very close to the subway station. This trip, my main goal was to take my child to the Shanghai Natural History Museum and see the UFC Fight Night, and both were very close and convenient. Getting to The Bund was also a breeze. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai! It's also really close and convenient to Disneyland, with a direct line on Metro Line 11.

Located in the same building as Jiushi Travel, this hotel occupies floors 9-14. The elevators are shared with the office floors, but you need your room card to access the hotel floors. The minibar drinks are complimentary, the slippers are quite thick, and there are four bottles of water provided – the amenities are really good. The toilet is smart, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, with the shower and sink area separate, which makes grabbing clothes and towels a bit inconvenient.

The environment is quite good; the hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy. Most guests are young people, and there's no smell of smoke. For just over 100 yuan, it offers great value for money. Although the room I booked wasn't big, it had a bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom, which was sufficient. The hotel is located inside a shopping mall, so you don't have to worry about food and drinks. There's a bus stop right outside, shared bikes are available, and a subway station is just a few hundred meters away. Very satisfied.
