Pros: 1. Good soundproofing on the 27th floor. 2. Cleanliness was not an issue. 3. A dedicated staff member brought my luggage to my door, and when I checked out, the manager proactively asked about my stay and feedback. 4. The 7th-floor gym provides wash basins, shower rooms, and hair dryers, which can still be used after check-out. Cons: 1. The front desk staff, July, had a very cold attitude, expression, and tone. It's the first time I've encountered such a sour face at a hotel. She abruptly cut me off before I even finished speaking. 2. The toilet flush was weak and lacked power, making it quite awkward for larger uses. 3. The windows couldn't be opened, making the room very damp, stuffy, and with a musty smell. Running the air conditioning didn't help. 4. The hairdryer was old, dirty, and as heavy as a small dumbbell. The most inconvenient part was the loose plug, which often disconnected from the socket while I was drying my hair. 5. Food delivery couldn't be brought upstairs; I had to go outside the hotel to the delivery locker to pick it up. 6. Several staff members were unprofessional and need more training: For example, the staff member who led me to the 7th floor didn't even know that the gym provided wash and shower facilities and even questioned me about where I heard that. And when she saw her colleague at the gym, she just stood there blankly instead of asking, so I had to carry my large suitcase in myself. / Another example: when I was checking in, a staff member standing nearby just watched someone cut in line without intervening, which was infuriating! / Also, when I told the luggage storage staff that I couldn't find my luggage tag, they didn't even ask for my room number or name. They just directly told me to choose which suitcase was mine – making me concerned about luggage security! What if my suitcase looked similar to someone else's and could be picked up so easily? Finally, I have to say that the overall experience of this stay was far from worth the price!

There's a Starbucks downstairs, and it's convenient to get to many places, but you need to book a taxi in advance, otherwise you'll wait a long time! My only complaint was the hairdryer; it was so weak it took ages to dry my hair. My favorite part was the workspace on the second floor – it was quiet, had a great vibe, and even offered communal computers, which I really appreciated. The staff at the front desk and restaurant on the first floor were very welcoming. I received a welcome cocktail upon check-in. I hadn't booked breakfast, but they informed me there was a group deal for 68 RMB per person. After checking out the spread the next morning, I immediately decided to go for it. It was absolutely worth the price and delicious, delicious, delicious!

This business trip was in Lujiazui, and I saw this new branch was conveniently located nearby, so I booked it. As expected, the service and cleanliness were excellent [strong]. What's worth mentioning is the location; it's only about 10 meters from the subway exit, practically right outside the hotel. This is perfect for tired workers. The price is reasonable, and you get extreme convenience. Highly recommended!

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and its central location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. very modern and clean hotel, daily maintenance, free laundry and gym available. I had initially booked the king sized bedroom on the 28th floor, which i don't recommend because the terasse - which is unfortunately inaccessible - blocks the city view. The front desk staff was very understanding and showed me around all the other available rooms, and even let me change again the day after more to get a nicer city view. They helped me book wellness appointments and were very overall very friendly. the room i had in the end, was on the 31st floor, i was overlooking the glittering city lights like in a birds nest.
