He efficiently helped me with my booking and check-in, and enthusiastically promoted Huazhu Club. His excellent service left a deep impression on me. During checkout, I happened to see a front desk staff training session, and the supervisor was also very warm and professional. The hotel's breakfast also satisfied me greatly; the food wasn't just diverse and nutritionally balanced, but even the aunties working there were kind and friendly. A hotel like this truly energized my entire day's itinerary.

The B&B's decor is unique, warm and artistic, and the moment you enter, you're instantly welcomed. The rooms are meticulously appointed, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making it feel like you're lying on a cloud, which significantly improved your sleep quality. The room's stylish trinkets, murals, and other decorative touches reflect the owner's aesthetic and thoughtful touches, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. The B&B's amenities are also comprehensive, with separate wet and dry bathrooms and high-quality toiletries. They also feature smart devices, which are both convenient and fun to use. The common area has a lounge area and small bookshelves, perfect for reading or chatting. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive, check-in was super fast, and they also provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. During these few days, I really felt like I was at home. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will choose this place again!

This duplex suite was absolutely superb! The upper and lower levels offered incredibly spacious living, with a clever and stylish layout. All amenities were complete and spotlessly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The service was excellent and attentive, and the location was very convenient. Qingyiwan Apartment is only about 500 to 600 meters away from Jiangning Road subway station. The newly renovated rooms in 2024 are relatively clean. Although the cozy king-size room we stayed in had no windows, the smart air purifier was always on and there was no odor at all. The 1.5-meter bed is very spacious for two people to sleep on, and the bedding is made of pure cotton and is very comfortable to sleep on. There is a self-service tea bar and a book corner in the public area. Room B8222 where we stayed had an aisle window for ventilation, while the other two cheapest rooms had no windows and were 22 square meters in size and square in shape, a bit larger. The air conditioner was on the bed. At night, the air conditioner was turned on and the hot air was blown towards my face. I felt dizzy when I was sleeping outside the bed. It is especially strict when you come back at 23:00 at night. The thin receptionist didn't open the door at first. I told him I was staying and had registered, but they still wouldn't open the door. There was only a room card in the room, which couldn't be opened. Finally, I showed the order and went in.
