The hotel facilities are excellent overall. The room is spacious, with smart curtains and lighting that are easy to use. The mattress is soft and there are plenty of pillows. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water is stable. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the makeup mirror and hairdryer are of good quality. The common areas include a laundry room and a gym, both with new and clean equipment. The soundproofing is outstanding, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The room was pretty good. I had a bit too much to drink at dinner and felt a little dizzy, but the hotel front desk staff were really nice. They helped me get settled into my room and took care of everything. All my requests during my stay were quickly addressed, and breakfast was decent, although I didn't have much of an appetite due to personal reasons. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

When checking in, Loren processed everything efficiently and with great energy. Learning that my schedule was tight and I had an online meeting the next afternoon, he not only proactively offered me a late checkout until 4 PM to ensure I had ample preparation time, but also kindly added breakfast for the next day to my booking. This level of proactive care, which goes above and beyond, completely eased all my worries! Throughout my entire stay, Loren remained highly attentive. Whether it was promptly responding to requests or enthusiastically introducing the hotel's stylish public spaces and social events, he truly showcased the unique, youthful, and personalized service charm of the Moxy brand! The hotel itself is fashionably designed and conveniently located, perfectly suiting my business travel needs. However, it was Loren Zhou, with his genuine sincerity and foresight in service, who truly elevated a simple stay into a delightful experience that felt both relaxed and incredibly well-supported. This hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options right in Huiyang Plaza. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and it even came with a washer-dry dryer, a mini-fridge, and a smart toilet. The front desk staff were warm and professional. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to see the cherry blossoms and visit the zoo nearby. The room was incredibly spacious, giving my child plenty of room to run around without feeling cramped. The hygiene was top-notch; the bedding and bathroom area were spotless, which gave me peace of mind traveling with a little one. The front desk staff were super friendly and efficient with check-in, and they even offered complimentary breakfast, which was a huge plus for families with kids. On-site parking was available, making it very convenient since we drove. Although the facilities are a little dated, they are fully functional. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely choose this place again for future family trips.

The room was fully equipped and very tastefully furnished. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a room with a window. I've stayed here before, but this time, after the renovations, the experience was especially wonderful.

Hygiene, facilities, ambiance, and service all deserve 5 stars. The breakfast is affordable and good value, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The subway is only a ten-minute walk away, making this hotel incredibly convenient. Just a heads-up for those driving: parking spaces are limited, so it's best to contact the hotel in advance. One small suggestion: the restaurant staff should be a bit more careful when clearing dishes; the clatter was quite disruptive during meals, and it happened all three days, which suggests it's a regular occurrence.

Extremely satisfied! It was bigger than I expected, and the location is super convenient, right near the subway station. They even offer free printing, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the bed was so comfortable, I honestly didn't want to get up!
